- THE GREATEST TREASURE IN LIFE - Homily by Fr. Danichi Hui on July 31, 2024
Jeremiah 15:10, 16-21�Psalm 59:2-3, 4, 10-11, 17, 18�Matthew 13:44-46
Introduction: If I may ask you, what is your greatest treasure in life?
Maybe most of us would say our family. Some would say their career or education. Others would say their businesses, properties, or assets. But how many would say their faith?
Let’s see if your answer is truly your greatest treasure.
Biblical: Jesus once again used not one but two parables to describe what the Kingdom of God is. In the first parable, he likened the Kingdom of Heaven to “a treasure buried in a field, which a person finds and hides again, and out of joy goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.”
In the second parable, Jesus compared the Kingdom of Heaven to “a merchant searching for fine pearls.�When he finds a pearl of great price, he goes and sells all that he has and buys it."
What do we notice in the two parables? What is common between them?
Both of these parables tell us that when a person finds a treasure, he will do everything to possess it.
That makes it the greatest treasure.
Reflection: Of course, what Jesus is actually referring to is heaven. That when a person finds it, understands it, or knows the value of heaven, he will do everything to attain it.
Contemporary: “Will do everything” this is how we gauge our true and greatest treasure in life. If we will do everything just to have it.
So going back to my first question, does it justify your greatest treasure?
Totoo bang pamilya? Ginagawa mo ba ang lahat para sa kanila? Bakit mo pinababayaan?
Totoo bang career or education? Ginagawa mo ba ang lahat para sa iyong trabaho o pag-aaral?
Mabuti pa nga siguro ang mga materyal, lahat ginagawa para sa materyal. Gagawin ang lahat magka bagong cellphone (kahit ipangutang, hindi kumain) Hindi na baleng hindi magbigay sa magulang makabili lang ng bagong damit na gusto.
Pero ang mas mahirap panindigan na sagot ay ang pananampalataya. Dahil kung totoong ito ang pinakamahalagang kayamanan natin, ginagawa ba natin ang lahat para sa pananampalataya?
My dear brothers and sisters, the greatest treasure in our life is determined not on its price but on how much we give value to it by giving our everything just to attain it.

I JUST to share the good news and love from God..and to thank Jesus for the unspeakable gift of himself in the Holy Eucharist and I will honor and Receive Jesus in the Eucharist in the mass Everyday as the Center and treasure of my heart.to praise him for his infinite mercy.And to praise and give thanks and honor the father for the Gift of his Son to Redeemed us..and to thank God for the Gift of the Holy Spirit who revealed to me the truth.about the constant Love of God to us.And also to thank Jesus for the Gift of my Mother Mary our mother and our Spiritual mother and Saith Joseph my protector and Spiritual Father and to all the Saints and all the angels and whole Company of heaven to protect and guide us and pray for us.I will praise the Lord Our God and give him thanks ..and I will adore and pray to Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament to thank him for the gift of himself in the Holy Eucharist in the mass.

My greatest gift is trusted in GOD ,GOD gave mevmy SON Darrel as a special child a son who cannitvmade a sin all of his life , a son who cannot live alone , but my son never give me a burden even its hard for me in his future ,i trusted GOD he loves my son and me GOD always there for my son ,TRUST in GOD.

REVELATION-2-Verse-17-if you have ears then Listen to what the Spirit says to the churches!to those who win the Victory I will give Some of the hidden Manna..I will also give each of them a white stone on which is written a new name that no one knows except the one who Receive it . Verse-7-If you have ears then,Listen to what the Spirit says to the churches..to those who win the Victory I will give the Right to eat the fruit of the tree of life that grows in the garden of God.Verse-11-if you have ears then,listen to what the Spirit Says to the churches!those who win the Victory will not be hurt by the Second death.Verse-26-28-to those who win the Victory who continue to the end to do what I want,I will give the Same authority that I Received from my Father .I will give them Authority over the Nation to rule them with an iron rod and to break them to pieces like clay pots.I will also give them the Morning Star.REVELATION3-Verse-5-Those who win the Victory will be clothed like this in white,and I will not Remove their names From the Book of the living..In the presence of my Father And of his angels I will declare openly that they belong to me.Verse12-I will make those who are Victorious pillar in the temple of my God and they will never leave it .I will write on them the name of my God the new Jerusalem which will come down out of heaven from my God,I will also write on them my new name.Verse-21-And those who when the Victory I will give the Right to sit beside me on my throne just as I have been Victorious and now sit by my Father on his throne.Verse-22-if you have ears then,listen to what the Spirit says to the churches.
Verse-20-Herebis the Secret meaning of the seven Stars that you see in my right hand,and of the Seven Gold lamstand the Seven stars are the Angels of The Seven churches and the Seven lampstands are the seven churches.
