I believe so, I just wouldn't use the stock cooler.
Can I use this build in a gaming pc case?
You could, but the games would be limited considering the system has no dedicated GPU. The system uses the built-in UHD graphics on the CPU.

Ok thank you but I wouldn’t use it for gaming bc I game on my Xbox so I would probably use it for streaming Fortnite to UA-cam and video editing so what budget gpu do you recommend
You could get a used GPU that wouldn't be super expensive.
