Hey boogie, I'm somewhat of a new viewer, but one thing I was surprised by when I first found you was that you knew about Hinamatsuri. I actually got into the series because of Sydsnap who actually got me into this life changing hobby of manga collecting, but I also love that you stan the series just as much as I do! Great video.
I was so happy to see Gintama here!!! It’s my favorite anime of all time and the mangaka (Hideaki Sorachi) is an honest-to-goodness absolute comedic and storytelling genius. In my country there is ZERO available english Gintama copies. I’ve got some Japanese versions but even that is very hard to come by. You’re so lucky! And Yakitate Japan-when I saw it in your hands, my childhood came flashing back. It’s a BIG part of my summer school vacations and I really love it. Funny how YJ and Gintama both love making parodies!
I’ve been hesitant to buy new manga lately because I don’t have much time to read right now, but I’m making it my mission to eventually collect Dorohedoro and Soul Eater Not. Weird mix of genres lol, but I love them both so much and never got to know how either story ends.
Witch Hat is a literal magical story. The creator uses the medium to boost her story like magic in the series itself. It’s so well written I hope you enjoy it!
I'm currently hauling the Fullmetal edition of FMA, Soul Eater Perfect Edition, Blade of the Immortal Deluxe and Saint Young Men. I've been having a lot of trouble collecting these so expensive manga. Plus they're a lot of volumes, so I'm probably stuck here till 2024 xD :c
Finish Dorohedoro soon, it was one of my first series I finished while the volumes were coming out in english! The art is immacculate and all the characters are so well developed throughout the story as well as the worldbuilding being insane!

i hauled way too much last month/thisweek i got whats available so far of go with the clouds north by northwest and it's been really good thru the first two volumes im still reading it. i copped all of golden kamuy off right stuff, started up haikyuu, kaiju no 8, and noragami, and dorohedoro and finished up sayonara zetsubou sensei and fleshed out some more of my gintama collection. ( i used to buy them when they were releasing and now im only missing 4 but they been hard to find Xd) and got a good deal on tiger and bunny on ebay lol. but yeah gotta cool it now and read what i got
Broooo initial d is literally my favourite anime of all time! I have the four stages funimation did dub on DVD but collecting the Tokyo pop manga is really hard. Ive been searching for any volume of initial d for a good price and I have had no luck so far. I do hope that kodansha rereleases the series physically (with the correct names of the characters this time lol)
Hell´s paradise is a shounen. Demographics are decided by which magazine they are being published in, and Hell´s paradise is published on Shounen jump+.

recently picked up the whole set of Innocent (9 volumes) by Shinichi Sakamoto in Italian. The story revolves around the Sanson family of executioners during the French revolution. The Manga's art is comparable if not better than berserk at times, however it is very graphic and has no boundaries which makes it hard to read .
Yes to the reading outside! I was finally able to read outside yesterday too. Do you read in the shade when you read outside? Or do you think for short periods the sun shouldn't start the yellowing the pages? I usually just read novels outside but would love to read manga out on the balcony too without stressing about yellowing.
I've recently read beast complex volume 1 by paru Itagaki and volume 16 of Beastars by paru Itagaki. I'm hoping volumes 2 and 3 of beast complex in english officially. Looking forward to reading Drip Drip by her as well. On top of that I'm excited to read Black Paradox and the Liminal Zone by Junji Ito. Great haul Boogie have a wonderful day or evening! 😊📚❤

I stop trying to collect Initial D long long time ago. Kodansha (those bstards) do not want to reprint it even as omnibus but NOO they release it in digital format. (yea i know Tokyopop release original but Kodansha still own Initial D. )
@@BoogieSnacks NP, Yakitate is so funny and nostalgic. Japanese is pretty easy to pronounce once you know the kana. It's not like English where we have 6 vowels, but there are really 12 vowel sounds. I think a video on hiragana might be a useful watch for your videos, even if you aren't trying to learn Japanese.
