I feel like part of being sick over 2 years is that when i start to feel better, i cant help but overdo it haha. I went on a long walk yesterday and then slept for 12 hours so yeah lol i need to be careful with pushing it.
@@bonzo7345 yep same thing happens with me. I start to feel normal and then go out for (well anything really) and then i'm out for a day at minimum
