caz la crosse view 20211119

I want to upload the info from Breeze Pro to wunderground. However, I can't because
- Fail on WiFi connection while the Android phone is connected
- Fail on the login of Weather Underground while email and password are correct,
- Station shows its WiFi and Breeze Pro connections are fine by previous run of La Crosse View.
- Versions of Android phone.
