I found this animation when I was little and I loved it. A long time ago I wanted to see it again but I couldn't find it and today I finally found it, it still seems like a beautiful animation
It’s been 15 years since this animation was made. I hope all the pups featured in it lived long happy lives. Sad to know that they are gone now but will forever be preserved here on UA-cam.
This is so true too. I take my dogs to the park and sometimes there's a real mean dog but as soon as you take them off the leash they calm down drastically and a lot friendlier :3

He was like that black dog he was so sad so I decided to talk to him and he was depressed and that he said that he would commit suicide and I was like seriously there more to live for and he said "you think so?" I said yeah so he said well we might as well be freinds in all so we did.i feel proud that day and people should help other people like that thanks for listening 😊

Noooooooooooo Toonboom is industry standard for 2D animation now a days. The current version calls itself ToonBoom Harmony and is pretty epensive. You can try to grab an older version of it on ebay or amazon for cheaper, but you'll still have to pay for the license.
my favorite part is the detail on the dogs there not just blotchy muts ( nothing wong with them) but if your an experience dog trainer like me your can plainly tell what that are
lol I'm a dog expert in progress... I love dogs and I'm learning the breeds, I could tell there was swift dogs apart of this though, and I could not tell if the other on was a boxer...
