I play a melt dps Shenhe team with Chongyun, instead of Bennett, giving a cryo infusion to her. It's super fun and works very well. It's honestly my preferred way of playing Shenhe these days.
@@vagabonde07 I use Shenhe, Chongyun, Mavuika or Xiangling and Xilonen. If you want plunging team, swap out Xilonen for Xianyun. Could also use Citlali in the 4th slot but I personally haven't tried that out yet.

What I used pyro Shenhe for was maximizing my Ayaka's burst so that I could melt every third hit while also keeping the quills up thanks to having C1 Shenhe. 20k to 60k for Ayaka's burst's ticks despite her wearing gladiators which doesn't boost her burst's damage.
Soluna what do you think of Ayato with Citlali and maybe Eshu sword, i don't know that its particularly amazing but i think that that has really interesting synergy's, particularly with Furina having synergy with her buffs and hers and his small HP scaling getting more from hydro resonance and her enabling MH which 2pc and 4pc work on him and since crit rate swords lose value on Ayato could that make Eshu potentially the best for this niche hyper Ayato team? I wouldn't know whether the fourth would prefer to be Bennet or Xilonen since a large portion of damage would be Furina or if any combination of these units would even make something interesting, but you seemed like the person who might know and or find this interesting. Hyperbloom/Nilou Ayato is boring and isnt good because of Ayato specifically, so this seemed viable.
I'm currently working on my Shenhe team. I'm looking to take max advantage of Shenhe's Quills because no one really does. In a 20s rotation (because Burst CD) - Shenhe's MV Burst, 2 Skills and 2 NA strings: _2406%_ - Shenhe's Quills MV if whole team used them: *3287.2%* This means that for every Cryo damage dealing character you add you increase Shenhe's damage output *by over 30%* by just consuming quills. We just need to build the "supports" to drive Shenhe's quills efficiently. Probably with high DMG Bonus artifacts and weapons like Golden Troupe/Emblem (75% DMG Bonus) And Cryo Goblets. I was thinking Shenhe+Cryo and double Absorption Anemo. But the only Anemos I have that do that are Traveler and Lynette. The other option is Shenhe+Chongus + two characters that can buff AND consume the quills fast enough with NAs AND build DMG Bonus and crit for a Quickswap team.
Loves this video, Shenhe does get easier with her c1 for the extra skill charge. Love this video and might have to try it myself, I've tried a physical shenhe and a chongyun cryo infuse Shenhe, but this hybrid shenhe looks sweet! Now to just pull Emilie sometime
This is doing similar cryo dmg as it is pyro dmg… shes not a pyro dps, she becomes a pyro AND cryo dps. And chongyun shenhe isnt very good. Not unusable, but substantially worse than the value C6 Bennett provide
But when Freminet? No but I love seeing this type of stuff where you use the character for what they are meant for (buffing) BUT also make them be something other than skill, burst, swap
holy hell I NEED to pull emilie now, my previous onfield shenhe was with xianyun, furina and chongyun which was enough to clear back in 4.4~ but it's gotten to annoying, This seems annoying but a lot less than plunging I'm gonna first see if Nahida is enough tho
Yeah I would’ve included it but the video already felt long enough to me and SoSS just doesn’t make sense because the passive can only be maxed in AoE, but her buff for her cryo dmg loses value in AoE so it’s like a lose lose situation. Still an interesting option for burgeon team variants because you have more value to build EM there though
I should try for Shenha but I'm around 159 summons away to guarantee lol. I'm trying for The Knaves weapon instead. I'm about over Genshin 4 yrs deep and Natland just turned me off completely If you don't have roller sk8 girl I feel like all Natland chars are mediocre

hoyo gave me a c5 arlo,, when i had her at c3... it was 1 10 pull, i just wanted the 4 stars... i was okay with getting more arlo's but i really did it for the 4 stars lol.... And now i have to c6 my arlo... im pretty free to play (i have bought walkin's and a few battle passes, havnt bought a bp since itto tho, but never bought gem's so more like a goldfish? def not a whale or dolphin)
I'd say you're a lowspender. But congrats on c6 arlo..? I'm not too sure what to say anymore. She's a great dps, but i absolutely FEEL you when you say you just wanted the 4 stars. It happened to me when i was trying to pull a SINGULAR copy of chevy and another time when i was trying to get a 4* weapon on the weapon banner. It's really nice, but it's also kinda painful ESPECIALLY if you're saving for a certain character.
She is doing cryo dmg. Did you see the cryo numbers? The literal point is to do both cryo and pyro dmg. Dont let me stop you from using Chongyun if wanted, but its not an interesting playstyle imo, and has problems. Its basically only relevant for plunge Shenhe. And even then Hybrid Shenhe may be better for plunging since there is significant potential to do forward melt

If you had Engulfing Lightning it would have been even better since it gives her lot of ER and a passive that gives atk percent based of ER.
Engulfing lightning is my go-to for her when I do Ganyu Shenhe teams, it's funny how good it is on her, I have it on her more often than Ei.

Chongyun has uptime problems and Bennett C6 overrides, but plunge with Bennett probably could work well

Longer cooldown. And it’s less dmg. 7 quills vs 10 quills with 2 skills per rotation, and less energy.
after leveling my talents for shenhe at 8 talent skill and 8 burst i had 3k ATK after going to 9 talent's her atk went down to 2.5 hmmm
