I constantly remind them that I care because who knows there could be a Hannah Baker hiding in every home, neighbourhood or school. As much as I wish Hannah was Alive I will sadly say I do not think making a spin-off where she is alive would be appropriate. The show was to tell us that sometimes you lose people and they don’t come back. That in real life not everything ends up fine.
In season 2 they kind of show what could of been different, like mr. Porter doesn't let her leave his office (the day she killed herself)
