I usually brew sencha in my gaiwan, but I use a fine mesh strainer over the tea cup

Do you resteep the Gyokuro after using it in your Kyusu? how many times?

I use it up for 4 times and then as a snack I will it the leaves with some vinegar and soy sauce. Don’t like to waste so fine tea 🩵

the sets from jesse tea house have a little strainer thing to prevent leaves from getting it...but i think I'd rather enjoy the tea as a whole if it doesn't dose well like gongfu tea...for whatever reason.
