Another tip: Find small role play groups that may have potential, and usually you can apply for hr, mr and shr because they are looking for people to work there. This happened to me when I found a small group, I applied for mr, I got the role and then a week later the group got very very popular, and I was a mr!
i did that. I was a HR at tropic-smiles. owner was racist and said some very inappropriate things and got mad when she had meeting at 4 am and people didn’t join. I left after 2 days working there.

TIP (So you don't get in a bad enviorment): There is this group I worked at as an HR, called Favo | Cafe, and, the community was very toxic, but I played every hour of the day, because I loved it. I didn't notice the community was falling apart. So make sure your actively talking with others, and moniter their behavior. If they say like: "Your avatar could use some work", or "Your grammar is horrible." or anything like that, it's a toxic community and you need to leave. I work at Little Angles Daycare. However, I think one of the main reasons as to why I got ranked further and further was because I always seemed interested and motivated. I tried my best to speak to every single person, even the chairman and chairwomen, so they would see my dedication towards this job. As of now, I’m an HR and I’ve only been working there since February. It’s honestly amazing, I love how many people greet me and genuinely seem to care about my well-being. I honestly enjoy it so much. Thank you for informing others on how to get there. :)

Great tips Lana! Another thing I would add, would be to make sure you aren't overworking yourself, like she said in the video if you work everyday for a long time, you're likely to burn out. I have had experiences where I've just wanted to be promoted so badly, but then I end up burning out and having to go on inactivity which makes it take longer.
Also I recommend you to record trainings, but don’t tell anybody, sometimes they allow you to keep it, however its not for everybody, just for yourself. It can result in suspension or demotion if not kept properly or shared to anyone. It’ll be helpful for when you forgot a major information that you need to pass an application for example.
I usually tell myself to record/screenshot EVERY single bad thing that happens. Even if you don't have Discord, it is pretty smart to screenshot or record everything bad that happens including MR+ mistakes (idk why I do it but I'm an LR at the place I basically main) If you don't have Discord you ask a sibling or a friend or whatever to join the server do that stuff and dm a person. Yes, I am mean but tbh they're kinda strict where I work soo
Hmm, I have my own tips like: 1. Be friends with everyone. 2. Treat your co-workers like how you treat MR+. 3. Do not be too “professional”. (ex: using very deep words, and having long greetings.) 4. Be yourself. 5. Do not let others feel you down.
I remember the most awkward thing I ever did is, when i got my first ever job in roblox and became a trainee I would go up to every single one of the players,staffs and MRs there saying ",Hello! I am ---- and would you like to be my friend?" It was very awkward since I did that more than 3 times on a different servers and some customers or staffs kept asking me why are you asking everyone to be your friend?
I work at teeth'yz dentist and on a daily basis I work for about an hour every day and do a shift everyday! I also love going to the events! By the way your amazing! Xxxx

I clicked on it and as soon as you said discord I clicked off and started crying I had been working for 4 years on this game with over 6k points and I was a senior Hibachi chef. The reason I thought I wasn’t getting noticed was because I was getting noticed and people were gonna recommend me but saw I didn’t have discord. I cant get discord because my dad won’t let me! I lost all hope but after trying so much I got the chance to explain to my dad why it was so important to me. He said he would talk to my mom about it! I’m so happy! I’m currently working at burger Queen as a professional and they said you don’t have to have safe chat to be a Helper, I am committed to getting that position, I also work at tsunami and they also said you can be under 13 to be a SA and you have to be 13 and over for the rest, I have been going to the restaurant for weeks and ages and still have t gotten anything, But I still go, I also went to Bambou when it was Panda Express and they were strict, I knew that essentially a good fit so I left there, I’m insecure if that was a good idea to leave on it, even though they are too strict ( I use Grammar and everything).

As an HR that I'm 1 rank away from corporate officer in a roblox airline, I totally agree with these tips. Also, all ranks should follow the rules, even though they hate them. That is, because everyone doesn't want to get demoted, and lose all their progress from not following the rules.

If you are trying to apply for orphanage maid in Silicones, I would atleast recommend you to write atleast 2-10 paragraphs, same goes for Divine Sister. In Silicones, you do not need some PERFECTLY English language, as you'll still pass! Just make sure to put in some details and what has inspired you to be applying for your position! I am not much of a player who always apply for MR+ though.. I am a School's Hauismeister at RF and Orphanage Apprentice in SC. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have! A friend of mine was an LR somewhere. She was noticed by many HRs and MRs and recommended many times. She worked over two hours every day for over a month and never got the promotion, she gave up. She had no past experience hinting, trolling ,or anything. She was so nice. Do you know why this could’ve happened?

Also I would like to ask you something.
A friend of mine was an LR somewhere. She was noticed by many HRs and MRs and recommended many times. She worked over two hours every day for over a month and never got the promotion, she gave up.
She had no past experience hinting, trolling ,or anything. She was so nice. Do you know why this could’ve happened?

eva No, she was there for 6 months but worked nonstop for over a month. Even when she wasn’t working hours a days she still worked every other day.
Hm. I might have 3 to 5 reasons for that why they never got the position.
1. They have safechat
2. They don't have discord or is not in their discord server
3. Not good average grammar (Ex. *Hi! welcome to blah, how may i help you?*
