This is an interesting building technique. I recently became familiar with metal sided SIP panels you can buy, but this is my first time seeing someone build DIY versions. How do you navigate building codes with this non-traditional building style?
This one is so small that no permit is required. However, SIP panels have been made for many decades and when I build the ADU and the main house, we will have our SIPs made by Premier SIPS. They all pass.
