Wow! Amazing to hear about Salva’s faith. I just read A Long Walk to Water and I felt so sorry he had gone through such a journey without God’s guidance, as his faith in God was NEVER mentioned. I just praise God that Salva was strengthened by our Lord and savior to endure the suffering and pain he went through and that now he has been given a great purpose to serve his people!

it's nice to hear this part of his story.. I didn't read much about faith in.some of the other Sudanese stories such as the book called They Poured Fire on Us From the Sky. I prefer to hear the entire story, and not have bits..like their faith, edited away to please a certain group. I prefer to hear the entire story, without faith edited away.
