S2G try using Diego Luna, he is a LM 63 rated but has 85 potential and if you switch him to a LW, he goes up by one then if you put his development plan on inverted winger he goes up fast. Five seasons in that I've used him he's at 93 rated (He is 18 or 19 plays for Real Salt Lake
