Petra Conti in Dying Swan at the Midnight Mission. Hollywood Ballet + Skid Row

On Halloween day, Hollywood Ballet had the privilege of performing for the second time in 2024 at Skid Row in partnership with The Midnight Mission a nonprofit that has provided support to individuals experiencing homelessness for over a century. This special performance was made possible by the generous support from the Gluck Foundation, which helped us bring a free ballet experience to the Skid Row community. A total of 13 dancers, 2 choreographers, and 2 musicians (piano and cello) participated in this event, which was held in the Community Room of The Midnight Mission, packed with an audience of approximately 100 people. The performance was designed to showcase both classical ballet and new works created specifically for the event, reflecting our unique Hollywood-inspired themes. October 31st 2024.
