Ingredients:
Oil -200g
Chicken -500g
Kolam/Bullet rice -500g
Turmeric -1 tsp
Garam Masala powder -2 tsp
Onion Large -3 nos.
Green chillies -- 8-9
Coriander Leaves -Half bunch
Pudina(Mint Leaves)- Half Bunch
Curd -200g
Ginger Garlic paste -2 table spoon
Whole Masala ( Cinnamon 4, cardamom 6, cloves 10, Cumin seeds 1tblsp. Star Anise 2-3, Bay leaves 3)
Salt -3 table spoon
Lemon Juice -2 Nos.
Water -750ml
