Michael Davis, 100% correct. The people labeled it a "race riot" to make the blame 50/50 & used a lie to make it happen. I only found out about this a couple of years ago & Im 55, nothing in history books about it. Im a white boy out of Detroit & I approve this message

What makes this and many other race “massacres” like it is that those very same people who burn and destroy the properties, neighborhoods, and business that were thriving during that era have descendants who mock and ask why successful black communities and schools can’t do anything and never get better. It’s like American schools and history are horribly taught and suppress information that doesn’t add to the narrative

Anything to not include it in the history books, they even got our people believing we arrived in America on ships when we were already indigenous to this country. Someone should have told you, Black families did not discuss grown folks business with kids, she was 9. This is so sad 😪😪😪😪... just recently I've heard about Black Wallstreet and I'm in my last fifties, the schools and history books don't tell you much 😔... I'm so thankful for the video and the beautiful woman that lived to tell her story, God bless 🙏🙏🙏❤

My mother grew up in Claremore, OK. I lived a different life ABOVE and BESIDE what happened because SHE was in the country and outside of Tulsa. This AMERICAN HISTORY is an indelible part of my life I was very fortunate. I know my history though.
