We may never know their reasons, but what they left us was indeed resonated over the world, beyond language, culture, and religon.
It seemed so sudden! Rushed! The video they put out was so short and kind of bland compared to the projects they come out with. It was disappointing! I’m hoping this was just a marketing thing and they will come out with a rebirth album or something.
@@00survive I hope it wasn't, some fans were probably heartbroken. I myself feel a bit sad thinking about them being a thing from the past, now. If they did that just for a marketing thing it'd be pretty lame.

Been listening to daft punk since middle school and now I'm 23 years old now and honestly it surprises me how much a single duos made such a impact on my life I will forever miss these two as they go into retirement just a shame the new generation won't understand the emotions going around Daft Punk.

Its sad to hear that daft punk have split, but the legacy they left behind is legendary. Every single album, every single song is a masterpiece.
Despite how shit things are at the moment, im glad I was alive to experience some of their new albums the day they released.
