you make it sound so good. it was the most terrible checking in experience i had with a hotel. at the check in time, most rooms were not ready yet. so in reality its a fastest finger first system. there is always only one room available at any one time so you have to compete with all other people to see who can navigate the computer system fastest to get that room. this is when we have alr prebooked the room beforehand. so naturally you cant choose to have rooms next to each other. there are also a lot of people at the lobby who have bought rooms to try to sell to people at a higher price. dont the hotel security do anything abt this. makes the hotel seem so low class.

Correct, my family just had the same experience and 'currently' still fight to check-in for the room. It is really terrible - let alone that we booked 4 rooms in total and in this trip we bring kids and elderly too. the check-in experience really sucks

Forced robotization eliminates human contact. I came to this hotel before this robotization. I wouldn't go back
