Dr. Berg has almost 10 million subs and he doesn’t have spectacle. Or even drama. He has good graphics. Has learned to switch the visual between him and stock stills and video to keep visual interest and he covers a niche that has a lot of interest. His videos are not perfect but his content is good, the production pretty good, and he has not engaged personal attacks or pouted on channel about victimhood. So he didn’t even take advantage of the low lying fruit of polarizing hate and gossip. He just sticks to the professional topic and does a great job explaining the topic. Consistently. That’s how you build a 10 million sub channel.

The biggest eye opener for me here was the theory of using or not using openers, transitions, and endings.
Things that I learned today: 1) Be open-minded and patient and ready for change. UA-cam can work for you, if you are willing to work with YT. 2) Know your niche and perfect it with time; 3) Be willing to start small and growth will come; 4) Have a reason for people to want to watch your videos and shorts; and 5) Be willing to learn so that you can improve yourself and your channel.
Super useful! I was told not to start my self-development UA-cam channel by someone I thought would support me. Did it anyway! To anyone working towards their dreams, don't give up. Keep on going! Hope we all become billionaires one day 💰💰💰

I have been trying to get someone I know that has a UA-cam channel to work on their thumbnails/titles. They just won't listen to me. What's your advice to persuade them?
When I was a kid. I used to feel sorry for the Lobsters at the store. I wanted to rescue them also.
I am sure there is so much great stuff in this video but it is hard for me to watch it. The sound level between the two is huge. First I try to watch it on my TV and it was a disaster. Then I played it on my iPad and it was better……but honestly I did expect to see such a thing especially these guys are real professionals.
So if you're trying to start a podcast why when she started on UA-cam? I just started a show that's video-based versus getting on something traditional podcast in using buzzsprout to get published? I'm new difference between starting a show on UA-cam what you could just upload your episodes off of Zoom I'm not character distributed for audio everywhere on Spotify Apple podcast you just publish them yourself on social media LinkedIn and you're on UA-cam?
Bravo! Audio quality in most videos is much more important than visual. Sometimes it isn’t of course when the sound has no meaning (watching a turtle eat), but usually we want info or advice and it astounds me how poor the audio is on YT channels that have been around awhile. And audio quality INCLUDES how the speakers speak! If you’re going to talk about cryptocurrencies, why would you slur your words, speaking too quickly, and almost skipping over significant words?
Did you say the United States Post office damage them the least and got them there the quickest? Public-sector actually works🎉🎉🎉
