You don't talk about the biggest problem with dumbell/cali flys : When muscle is shortened you have 0 tension, when muscle is elongated you have max tension Machines flies are good, Elastic bands are even better (more tension when muscle is shortened*) But set-up is really hard

Do heavy workouts. Do lots of leg workouts. Rep ranges of like 5-8. You want to aim for severe soreness that lasts like 3-4 days to heal. This will let you know youre building muscle which will allow you to gain weight and get bigger. I do lots of super sets and little rest time. It's all about pushing yourself and then eating a lot after you workout. Get lots of sleep. ive gained like 12 lbs doing this in the past month.

Push ups off a dip bar sorta replicate this movement. I would try them with different angles if you don't have access to rings
