I am also his fan. But the reason why people are leaving him gradually is that he is arrogant. He believes the opinion he has is 100% right and everyone has to believe by force. He thinks himself most knowledgeable person. Secondly he does not give respect to his workers as well as due role to play. In this way he wants to remain most important organ of the and wants to put everyone under his control with monopoly. I am sorry to say that but I have come to the conclusion after watching him for so many years.
