I disagree with multiple of your premises. Firstly, that a hole in a septum decreases the infinite dignity intrinsic in every human being as being created in God's image. Why is a nose piercing different from an ear piercing? If value from the stance of a "future husband," I propose that one's main goal should not be to "increase value" for a hypothetical future person. Particularly because it seems like a small thing to be upset about, particularly since it can be removed and somebody would be none the wiser. I'm not a fan of it, but it's not some major sin, IMO.
What a ridiculous position to take !
