- Today we get out with a couple of women shredders! we head up in to the alpine to enjoy the sun and good snow and ended up having a wicked day. I was also stoked on the cool lighting at the end of the day that I thought was going to make for some crazy shots but since I dont know how to use a camera that well they didnt turn out how id hoped lol still stoked on it!

I met the biggest love of my life because of snowmobiling, sadly she was killed about 3 years later by a drunk on a snowmobile three days before our winter snowmobile wedding. She was a awesome rider who could out ride many guys. In fact she climbed Turbo hill in Revelstoke more often then I did back in the day, she would jump on my custom Jaws 925 baker Skidoo chassis and just flat out haul butt. I always have a soft spot for seeing the ladies who love sledding riding hard and challenging themselves!

Ya after I completely destroyed my knee in a dirt biking accident I have trouble with the tight tree riding so I mostly stick to open alpine.

Awesome cinematic footage and great drone work as well -- I enjoy those open play areas more that trees -- after being stuck in the trees hundreds of times I've learned that tree stucks can be a nightmare and are usually something to avoid . -- thanks Matt for motivating me to get back into sledding after 11 years out -- inspiring footage -- excellent video

Thanks for the upgrade on the camera :) That 165 turbo blows my mind, it made that chute look like it was flat. The shot you took at the top shows how steep it was and it just walked up there. Another Great Video Matt, and they keep getting even batter :)

Matt: one day, could you please make a tutorial video explaining your riding strategy (foot position, timing of weight transfer, how to steer through the trees, etc)? I was at Boulder at the end of last week and I shoveled as much as I rode! What’s your secret sauce?

How the heck is this guy not sponsored by one of the big snowmobile companies!?
Most creators prefer a per video sponsorship, thereby allowing them creative freedom and their integrity never comes into question as a result. Also, imo it feels more personal.
@Jeff Harper I totally agree I can't stand listening to the people who are sponsored ramble on about how great there brand is and how scratchers are the new best thing

You should start a back country free ride tour company for experienced riders that don’t own snowmobiles I would love to fly out and rip with you and wouldn’t mind spending a couple grand! keep up the good videos you have been killing it lately
You should invest in 1.6 or 2.0 extender for your big lense. Looks like a 70-200 2.8.
