Such an L epilogue, sure he could ask Hatsume to make a combat suit for him like All Might's Hercules suit, but Quirkless people in this world are looked down upon and have no place in their society.

@@colt1903 Sure bud but that's exactly what ended up happening in the Epilogue, too many loose-ends, rushed ending and Epilogue wasted too much time introducing a bs new character (Dai) instead of tying up those loose-ends and telling what went down during those 8 yrs in great detail. Besides, Quirks will only get stronger as time goes by until suits can no longer keep up. Hell even All Might's Hercules suit didn't even last long. Even if Deku goes the Iron Man route it won't be sustainable in the long run since Repairs and Upgrades won't be cheap, he would be needing billions of money just to be able to keep that up.

That's why he named them with class A heroes powers he used in suit, as a respect of love, care, borrowing their powers in suit as well as to remember well what power is whose and what it does. Minor thing, but it's interesting that AFO actually targeted Gentle to try taking him out before he could act, he effectively acknowledged that Tobito had a chance at actually getting in his way. Serious respect that the most powerful villain in living history at his most impulsive mind-set/age pre-emptively acted to eliminate him and no other presence on the battlefield before he would kill Yagi (that and Gentle not even hesitating at throwing down with AFO before he was forced to stay holding up UA).
He’s a fictional character but the level of selflessness All Might has is the level I want to achieve in my own life. This is how Superman probably should’ve been written but he has godlike powers

It's crazy to think that without the edge Rewind gives him by being in a constant state of regeneration far more powerful than any of his other regeneration Quirks, All Might's power armor would have beaten All For One fairly quickly. The only boss villains I could see having been a problem for the armor is Flect Turn, Wolfram, and Shigaraki. And even then, Shigaraki can be neutralized with lead (which doesn't decay or rot), and Wolfram is conditional depending if he can only manipulate ferrous metals and if it truly requires he be in physical contact. Flect Turn would be the only problem, and it'd be a battle of attrition to wear him down.
One thing to remember, though, is that All For One was pretty much playing with armored All Might for most of the fight. Even All Might said that All For One could have ended the entire fight with a single punch if he had wanted to, but All For One wanted All Might to suffer.

All Might's basically his whole ideology of a true hero. He despises those that become a hero for fame/money which is why he was killing heroes that he deemed to be unworthy of being heroes. Tenya had beef with him since he hospitalized his brother. Stain doesn't really have beef with Tenya tbh
He doesn't talk to Tenya and Shoto, he was simply nearby and overheard them talking. H overheard them plan to risk their lives over-using their quirks to the limit (which could easily cripple or kill them) just to try and reach the mountain in time to save the civvies from Dabi's self-destruct. That gave him context that a person he decried a "Failure" had indeed managed to change to the path of a "True Hero" which he saw as evidence enough that the world was moving towards the state he wanted. With that context, society no longer needs further reform, it just needs to survive in it's current state and AFO is the enemy of that new society. That's more than reason enough to join the battle.
