What is the meaning of 4th, 3rd and 5th gears in this car since it is has infinite gears. There should be no concept of gear numbers in this car.

Just that it changes the gear ratios to keep the rpms in check.

On S mode, it will upshift automatically if you push the rpms all the way to red line.. no way it will allow you to keep pushing the tranny..

Thanks. I tried touching it to 6500 rpm and it didn't upshift. Didn't push it further as I didn't want to get too rough with it.

That S is not sport mode i guess..it is sequential.. that is basically manual gear shifting..
