If you have the money and want to buy these expensive homes that's fine ,but sometimes I laugh at people spending all this money ,when you can get the same houses along the coast in BAJA for around 150$ thousand dollars.It's the same ocean same coast ,same sunset.If you go to the Rivera Maya ,Tulum ,and so many other places in Mexico you will find gorgeous beach front homes for a fraction of the cost in the good ole USA.
Gorgeous, but WAAAY TOO ENCLOSED bySurrounding Homes , especially at Prices that should mandatorily have Privacy. Developers are Greedy with The Lot Space.
