17 U.S. Code § 107 - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use

I think it might be because it was a teens jam. The words and generation was just perfect for this song. It's not a hit for everyone, just one who touched a specific public at a specific time. It still makes me jamming though 😊 nostalgia
