This gives us insight into Amber's real self. She is argumentative, manipulative, and she thinks she's smarter than everyone else. She really thought she had a mic drop moment. She thought that if she said that nonsense with enough confidence, she'd convince people.
Can you imagine how it was for Johnny to have an argument with this woman? No matter what logic he used, she'd move goal posts, gaslight, twist words, manipulate, fake cry, and if nothing else worked, she'd get physical.

You're close: She knows there's an objective reality (somewhere), but, her _cognitive defect_ is a poor _Theory of Mind_ that either _believes or hopes_ people have no criteria for beliefs. And anything she's said (perhaps reinforced by men who wanted to nail her-placating _stupid comments_ out of clear headedness) may just be credible.

This statement from AH was revelatory for me. Ever since that movie I believed JD had scissors for fingers. For his other roles, I assumed he used a prosthetic attachment to make it seem like he has real hands. He is such an amazing actor that he convinced me that he is a partially robotic human with exceptional hedge trimming capabilities. Thank you AH for setting the record straight!

The funny thing is, that most racional people try to react to what she said. Just a few understood immediately that she spouted noses to deflect. That's why there is no outcome when arguing with a narcissistic manipulater. They are always right, they never do anything bad, if they did it wasn't their fault but yours, they are even the victim of you incompetence. If that doesn't work they get more and more irrational with their arguments and she doesn't have any issues getting violent. Deranged.
There is something in this video I didn't really think of before. The guy saying she might not understand the difference between acting in the real world (lying) and acting for a movie... I think he is on to something.

You are right Joe...she DOES talk of him frequently as an amazing magical actor, and refers to him as one of his roles. It is a repeated theme in her comments & references about him. I wonder what a psych. would say about that? I had a friends teenage daughter who for about 7 years was "lost" in fantasy worlds. Every conversation she had with me I left feeling as if she was living in an Harry Potter world. She had a very difficult time living in the real world vs a fantasy world. Fortunately a decade later she has grown out of it but it stunted her maturity and is living like an 18 yr old instead of a 28 year old...just getting her independence. It is frightening to think there are millions of "kids" like her in the world.

It wasn't until the red headed hair dresser tried to throw herself at him and was rejected that people's opinion turned because she went around accusing him of assaulting her. Suddenly he's unsafe, he's unstable, most of the people who were fans of his work turned their backs, except those who truly believed in him.
