      You are right Joe...she DOES talk of him frequently as an amazing magical actor, and refers to him as one of his roles. It is a repeated theme in her comments & references about him. I wonder what a psych. would say about that? I had a friends teenage daughter who for about 7 years was "lost" in fantasy worlds. Every conversation she had with me I left feeling as if she was living in an Harry Potter world. She had a very difficult time living in the real world vs a fantasy world. Fortunately a decade later she has grown out of it but it stunted her maturity and is living like an 18 yr old instead of a 28 year old...just getting her independence. It is frightening to think there are millions of "kids" like her in the world.

      The funny thing is, that most racional people try to react to what she said. Just a few understood immediately that she spouted noses to deflect. That's why there is no outcome when arguing with a narcissistic manipulater. They are always right, they never do anything bad, if they did it wasn't their fault but yours, they are even the victim of you incompetence. If that doesn't work they get more and more irrational with their arguments and she doesn't have any issues getting violent. Deranged.
      There is something in this video I didn't really think of before. The guy saying she might not understand the difference between acting in the real world (lying) and acting for a movie... I think he is on to something.

    • @Playlist4Ella
      @Playlist4Ella 2 роки тому +4

      Giving the benefit of the doubt and still believing her after seeing the evidence are two very different things though. Anyone who reports a crime or injustice *should* be given the benefit of the doubt. Otherwise every crime would go unpunished. Why hasn't anyone confronted her about the tapes from the finger incident in Australia? The audio was inadmissible at trial, but Amber's not in court anymore. On the tape she says (while crying and screaming) she's so sorry and that she didn't mean to and gets all hysterical. The doctor on the scene is heard telling the nurse "she did this" and then "how she's acting? That's GUILT" and then "we gotta get her out of here"
      (Edited for spelling)

    • @SA-Bean-Bean
      @SA-Bean-Bean 2 роки тому +2

      @@MeganVictoriaKearns yea i thought the same thing! And there's another one where they are discussing him bringing her to court and he says they can make a joint statement and say her restraining order and allegations were a misunderstanding or whatever and they can figure out how to deal with that, and then go forward privately and she refuses to compromise at all saying she cant do that bc of her credibility!wahhh waahhh her credibility! And its extremely obvious she was a liar and he tried so hard to avoid suing but she just didn't believe that she could lose and thats where the audio of her saying "tell the world johnny.... see who believes you" came from. The end of that conversation. I think that's even more damning!
      The problem is the media and most people dont know enough about the case or audios to even argue it. The media doesn't do their research well and even chanley from court tv was only in the trial courtroom for part of the days, and would leave constantly and then report like she was actually there the whole time! Its sickening

  • @diamonminer1803
    @diamonminer1803 2 роки тому +82

    Umm, so Johnny Depp didn't try to convince anyone "in court" that he had scissors for hands, was a pirate, or was going to give everyone chocolate. In court, and on the stand, he was Johnny Depp - the man, the human. She was the one acting in court and on the stand. Did she truly believe that people were going to sit back and go....oh wow, good point. Her even giving this answer shows how she mixes reality and non-reality into the same realm - and how she will twist a conversation, so that in fact a real conversation can't be had. If her PR team prepped her for this interview they should think about moving into another line of work.

    It‘s so funny for me that everybody focuses on a *different* thing that is wrong with this response. Like, some focus on how much of a non-answer it is, some jump on how untrue it is, others argue how dumb a metaphor it is even if true, yet others focus on how vindictive it is even if it was a valid argument, etc. - the only thing everyone agrees on in the first second is that it is laughably ridiculous.

    When I was studying to be a music teacher one person asked how to deal with someone trying to laude their knowledge over other students or basically how to deal with smartasses, and our prof said something I have used to this day, he said in his experience if you let them talk and just keep talking eventually they will say something that makes them look so stupid no one will take them seriously. Those words were ringing in my head watching this.

    This gives us insight into Amber's real self. She is argumentative, manipulative, and she thinks she's smarter than everyone else. She really thought she had a mic drop moment. She thought that if she said that nonsense with enough confidence, she'd convince people.
    Can you imagine how it was for Johnny to have an argument with this woman? No matter what logic he used, she'd move goal posts, gaslight, twist words, manipulate, fake cry, and if nothing else worked, she'd get physical.
