That type of procedure is almost surgically impossible, if she were to have that done to her vocals, it wouldn't just affect her singing voice but her modal voice aswell, which means that her lower sounds would become pratically extinct. Its like a dog having their range improved to constatntly sound as high as a like a cat! Blaah Blaah! LOVE MIMI

Her vocal placement here is very low, that's why she has problems with high notes. Maybe that's because she was nervous
