Why do they say it's difficult for tribes to survive in forest, to get food? That's nonsense! Tell that to the San Bushmen who survived well in the desert! This forest is a paradise! All you need is a bit of knowledge.
May be referring to shrinking habitats, poaching, deforestation and conversely, humans intruding into their home spaces to claim food sources that were once available in abundance decades ago. That will lead to less prey which directly affects predators ability to survive. At least that’s my take on it.
The place has probably been hunted out. They kill all of them in one area, then they go on to another and take that place’s animal’s out. That’s why many pioneers left Missouri, because there wasn’t hardly any animals left to eat!
Most Bushman that survive warfare are highly intelligent and service in a city. In a forest were the modern times terrorist goes on hunt for humans, and tribal psychothropic warfare takes place, of course it is easy to get food, claro. All this was allready 20 years ago. This is just movies.
What 1st comment, I feel like I have finally achieved something. Love all the docs you have been producing. Shows the beauty of life instead of...... Well u know, the other stuff.
Congratulations. Thank you for the video and many more videos. Video was Virungas Land of ice and Fire. The Congo of 🌍 AFRICA. Man and Animals live together. Jehovahs creations. Again thank you. Love always, Patricia ❤🎉😊
Absolutely amazing documentary. Been following Sir David Attenborough for nigh on two decades. But after his retirement I will now subscribe to your channel. Thank you and with love and appreciations from Nagaland, India.
Depth of Loch Ness: "230 metres Its deepest point is 230 metres (126 fathoms; 755 feet), making it the second deepest loch in Scotland after Loch Morar. It contains more water than all the lakes in England and Wales combined, and is the largest body of water in the Great Glen, which runs from Inverness in the north to Fort William in the south." So, how, at ONLY 45 meters, could the "exploding lake" be one of the deepest in the world? This kind of tourist trap hyperbole is offensive to a knowledgeable mind.
Here in the south east Asia, in the Philippines, we have native indigenous people called aeta. Originally, small and looks like these pigmy people. They still survived in the mountain areas and still hunt and gathers from nature. So most likely, from Africa they travelled to Asia on foot when land bridges still connect main continent Asia to South east Asian islands.
The people who live in these forests and jungles know exactly how to survive !! Theyre better at it than we could ever hope to be !! And tone down the DRAMA a bit , yes the volcano could erupt at any moment but likely isnt going to
Aww, I want one.. seriously tho, the film reel of the white man standing 6’ tall and the men beside him standing 2.5’ tall is crazy, they don’t look that short today do they?
the volcano erupts and all the village people lose everything while the tribe people were about to move anyway...I'm not so sure I buy that the pygmies are so little because they've evolved with a smaller available amount of food
So you pilgrims still continuing the “Discovering” notion huh? Not to mention 1880. Mannnnnnnnnnn tell me you don’t think there was a soul in this entire kingdom throughout this doc??? You really think so?
A good documentary and good camera work. BUT it seems that there will be misinformation as to the source of the Nile. The Nile has many sources, not only ONE, so by tradition it has been determined that a scource of a river, its head waters is at its furtherest point. That furtherest point is found in Burundi (The Kagera River) and the nearest town would be Rutana. There is no argument that the Ruwenzori range is but one of many Sources of the Nile. The Simean Mountains whereby about 62 rivers flow into Lake Tana which then outflow as the Blue Nile is yet another. Lake Victoria is but a huge reservoir of inflowing water from many other sources that is considered as yet another source of the Nile.
Same way a white man named mongo pack or whatever is his name, came to my village and claimed he discovered a river where my ancestors were fishing, instead to ask the local people the name of the river, he claimed he discovered the river and named it River Niger...
@@yusfusrahe's limited to actual proof and solid evidence so your filthy book isn't gonna cut it, if you had proof you would have said it, a book claiming something isn't proof it's the same as harry potter proving wizards exist because the book says it, you should really try reading books about logical fallacies and standards of evidence, pathetic
Sorry... Wrong Video posted. Loved this Nature documentary!! Still... Everything Trump does is a Perfect illustration of his unfitness to be President of the USA ever again!! ✌
I gave this thumbs down for only one reason, annoying intrusive repetitive ads for Google, so now I'm going to make Microsoft Edge my default browser and uninstall Google. That's what these annoying ads do.
I enjoyed every moment of this. Thanks to those who ventured out to bring us this beautiful documentary.
You just made our day 🥺

Sadly, the narrator is way too quiet to hear.
Great documentary but you shouldn't have added that a monkey is our relative 😅. Theres no evidence
U say it was just discovered in 1887 but people been living there for millenia????
So your relative is a cannibal
