These guys are so annoying, I came to London for the first time and me my family were bullied and harassed by them, the fact that there was an actual police officer car nearby but was just watching was so annoying. At first, I thought they were actual officers. They stopped me and my family, asking me to pay a fine now and immediately because I threw a cigarette somewhere even though I don't smoke. They kept following and harassing us. Thanks god I live in Canada, never saw anything like that there. Not even in USA
A PCSO has up to 30 powers if not more now. They obviously don’t have powers of arrest but hardly any much different to a PC as they go to similar jobs just not anything that’s risk to life situations.

After gaining some months or years of experience as a pcso can we apply for a proper police officer?
