This may sound insane to you guys, but believe it or not, Rosemon was a big help in some of those great case battles. When my main team Lilithmon, Mastemon, and Beelzemon BM failed. Rosemon, WarGreymon, and MetalGarurumon always picked up the slack. In fact I can't bring myself to fuse them into Omnimon because they have been such a help as a duo.
+Impmon I don't know if I can be bothered to fuse mine into Omnimon. They've both been with me since the start of the game. I can't be arsed to raise their stats in the farm. Too much hassle.

Holy shit this sounds amazing for a Digimon game! This soundtrack blows all the other Digimon game's outta the water! Did like some tunes from the old games, but most were "meh-ish", but the DS titles, Re:Digitize, Adventure PSP, and this all have kickass soundtracks =3 (this bein' the best)

The royal knights have always been my favorite Digimon themed warriors. I mean, they're Knights that are basically the ultimate defence syste. How much cooler can you get? My personal Favourate royal knights are Gallentmon, UlforceVeedramon and Jesmon.
This is how I felt with Arata. Everything before was tough, and I had a few Game Over’s, but Arata was just total annihilation for me. I had to spend 3-4 days roiding out my team before trying again after he tossed me aside like trash.

I reached Chapter 11 yesterday where Crusadermon first appears. The story really has pulled me in. It was an epic battle, I look forward to fighting her again along with the rest of the Knights. I need to try and do some serious grinding before then as at this point I only have one Mega in my team. Magnadramon.
I actually reached chapter 11 myself yesterday before I had to go to school early in the morning. I am seriously impressed with how climatic the story has become and i seriously look forward to finishing it off! When they first introduced Omnimon and the theme playing in the background as he spoke to Nokia and your character, I had the theme stuck in my head when I went to bed! Really super excited to continue playing! XD

@@omnibeta1876 I remember taking 2 tries with it. I immediately thought of Dukemon as the greatest threat, as I had more Data-types than Vaccine. And Virus the most. Omegamon sweeped my team after he was left alone. Then, on try no. 2, I finished Dukemon, then brought Alpha and Omega low as to defeat them in one blow together.
I beat the fight first try, but only *barely* as I only had one surviving near-death Digimon on my team once it was over: Kuzuhamon. All of my other Digimon died. Kuzuhamon was a god-send though since her Data typing gave her some added bulk against Alphamon & Omegamon.
I did not do much post game stuff in the first game but that story fight in Hackers memory, I thought it was going to be easy, I had 11 beefed up Mega Digimon, and I won by the skin of my teeth with 2 Digimon left standing and one of them at 1 HP. I won and yet it still felt like I experienced being at the reciving end of a power of friendship beat down. When Omnimon and Nokia afterwards talked about how they need to get stronger it was legitemantly intimidating.
I love playing this game on Hard mode. On easy you only need brute strengths so on chapter 3 and up I switch to Hard mode and stayed with that difficulty setting. ON Hard mode you need to use tactics. When I was fighting Jimiken on Hard mode in Chap 3 i think, he destroyed me many times after like 15 retries. Just for my curiosity I switch on Normal mode and I defeated Jimiken easily on my 1st try. I didn't save because it didn't felt like I accomplished something extraordinary. I reloaded my game on Hard mode, trained like 8 hours to beat Jimiken and used Tactics, when I finally defeated Jimiken I felt good about my victory. The challenge of unforgivable bosses on hard mode makes the game fun and when I win you , you truly are happy because you overcome an impossible situation. I'm on Chapter 15 with 130 hours of gameplay time. Each bosses became more and more impossible like The 1st fight with Crusardemon followed by the eater that garbed Yukko. I manage to Defeated all the impossible bosses so Far. By playing Hard mode, it forced me to use the farm. This is the best digimon game That I've played. It's too bad Pokemon game doesn't have an difficulty setting because This generation of Pokemon games are easy. pokemon game should take example of this Digimon game. Normal mode for casual player and Hard mode for hardcore players. That way everyone is Happy.
I did the exact same thing after Chapter 2 and I agree that the game get's pretty strategic when playing on Hard Mode. My main complaint, however, is the unfair difficulty fight towards the endgame, last boss and royal knights quests alike, on Hard mode. By that time, all your Digimon should be max level and even then, most enemies' stats are insanely high. The fight against Craniamon, arguably the slowest amongst the Royal Knights, still outspeed my fastest Digimon. Challenge for the game is fine but I personally feel that the last portion of the game wasn't playtested for Hard Mode.
Yeah, I agree. I play on both, normal and hard mode (switching back and forth), and some battles feel just disappointing. For example some of the royal knights get 2-3 shotted by Black WarGreymon's Black Tornado... But in some other royal knight fights they easily 2-3 shot my entire team xD I wish there would be a third difficulty so the current normal mode would be easy mode, hard mode would stay hard mode and normal mode would be something inbetween.
Yeah I wish more games would do this.. One thing I don't like it that in new game + the difficulty stays the same. I had hoped theywould even further increase the difficulty like increasing the bosses health even more (not more speed LOL!) and maybe some extra damage that almost anything one shots you, which you can play around with tactics^^ like lets say dark souls where every new game + increases their health+ damage
Unfortunetly the hard mode is kinda broken, all I does is increase every enemies stats by 3 times or something so some fights really are impossible unless you have the specific digimon or a crapton of items to last the fight
i defeated imperaldramon palladin mode in an amazing way. my kentorusmon survived the omnisword and then my whole team was revived and shinygreymon burst mode delivered the final blow.😆
I know a lot of this song makes people wonder how they're gonna win and you can see that even when you CONTROL Omnimon in Chapter 10. Using Omnimon, with this song playing, you completely DESTROY Fei's team. It's really your first taste into the power of the Royal Knights, and it's when one is *in the Player's control.* Really makes you wonder from then on how bad the Royal Knights will kick your ass if you have to fight them, and oh boy, you'll find that answer quickly.
Crusadermon has quite the streak of taking things a bit too far against humans in Digimon already, even sometimes doing things against what the royal knights generally desire. Sided with Lucemon alongside Leopardmon (Funny how in CS the two are basically the commanders of the Royal knights who want humans killed, possible throwback...?) in Digimon frontier with the promise of the power to conquer the human world, was duped obviously and even killed, but her intents were still malicious. Turned on multiple of the Royal Knights in the CGI X-Evolution film, this isn't against Yggdrasil but against many other knights who disapproved of the mass extinction plan, such as Gallantmon etc, and was one of the few to not have a change of heart. this doesn't involve humans but shows that she's playing by her own rules and doesn't generally change her heart. Led a massive siege in Data squad against the human world, which once again was organized and approved by most royal knights. would of nearly won and killed one of the main protagonists had she not underestimated Burst Digievolution, was killed again. And then, Cyber Sleuth. due to the eater situation basically making Yggdrasil non-functional, she took a human host (Rie.) that she adapted some of the emotions of, as Rie was a malicious woman beforehand. In this disguise she did the folllowing, Spoiler alert. Drove Yuuko and Yuugo's father to suicide. Manipulated Yuuko into advancing her own plans, letting more Eaters out to harm humanity, leading to pure carnage in the Avalon server When Yuuko finally realized she was a tool, Crusadermon fed her to an Eater. Had basically total control over the company, clearing her tracks and using what appeared to be the next step of virtual reality into unleashing a massive digital shift, letting out not only confused digimon but loads of eaters again. Had an unhealthy hatred of the main cast, tormenting them at every turn because Crusadermon Believed that despite the fact that the first eater encounter wasn't really their fault due to being literal children, going as far as to call them the "Original Sin" and baiting the MC into a fight that nearly resulted in their death had Kyoko/Alphamon not finally shown themself. Oh, Wiping the memory of many people with the help of Sueduo. (Deadass thought he was a royal knight too, Craniamon perhaps?) Oversights in her plan killed and/or corrupted fellow knights, UlforceVeedramon and Examon to be exact. Yeah, Crusadermon's a bitch, being a Dark and a Virus digimon fits her too well...Knight of Honor my ass.
LordKnightmon is perfect for the job since "the ends justifies the means" is its motto and it's exceptionally ruthless in executing its duties. That's why Duftmon sent it as the main agent to start the events of CS:HM. If Duftmon would send any other RK they would be like "whoa that's a bit much bro"
If you're referring to Frontier with the sided with Lucemon thing, it was actually Dynasmon that also sided with Lucemon, not Leopardmon. But yeah Crusadermon is a major asshole.

This is hacker's memory spoilers, and also technically cyber sleuth, this comment i mean, so read if you have played both of em, or at least passed chapter 11 of hackers memory, and beat cyber sleuth. if you think about it, That one scene where erika fought Rie kishibe makes erika the strongest character cause she basically suplexed Crusadermon
Same, once I got one with a bunch of tactician usbs I sailed straight through mid and part of late game. That said I didn't use the same overpowered megas's most people did, so it balanced out near the end. (Rust tyrannomon, Magnadramon, p numemon, Pleisomon, and the only somewhat op one Ouryumon)
Not even Alphamon and his/her? cronies were a match to my Imperialdramon, Sakuyamon and Wargreymon team. Seriously Wargreymon one shoot gallantmon and Sakuyamon just debuffs them. Imperialdramon paladin mode on the other hand... I was about to beat him and them OMNISWORD OMNISWORD OMNISWORD
I loved when i used Attack Boost and Acceleration on my Wargreymon (BLK) and attacked with the Black Tornado(?) to a Royal Knight and Insta Won the Battle XD
You can beat those powerful Digimon indeed... as long as you're on Easy or Normal. Hard difficulty will proceed to kick your ass in the most brutal way possible if you don't try to cheese the battles... oh wait, you CAN'T cheese battles on Hard.
This track is especially fitting for Examon's boss fight. Also, yes... I've taken on all the Royal Knights in my first playthrough of the game before the final boss.
+mrguy22494 The only Royal Knight I have yet to unlock is Imperialdramon Paladin Mode. I barely survived my first fight against Gallantmon, Omnimon, and Alphamon though. It really came down to my Kuzuhamon more or less soloing Omnimon & Alphamon. If she went down all I had left was a Hackmon. XD
Hard Mode Examon had like 50,000ish HP lol took me a while to beat him even with BlackWarGreymon and LordKnightmon doing 3k piercing damage on average.
Well it's difficult to say,in terms of the most powerful without any power ups is easily Alphamon because of the alpha-inforce and he is the mediator of the royal knights,but in terms of raw power is examon,while in destructive power dynasmon is said to be the most powerful,while in different modes,dukemon crimson can literally desintegrate you to your basic molecules while ulforce future mode is the only super ultimate Wich are considered a level so powerful that only few digimon have been able to achieve it, while Alphamon oryuken...well he has the oryuken, a weapon so powerful that if you are not strong enough to wield it,it literally kills you

I bring out Jesmon as Jesmon has revive and The secon skill where he wont nullify damage so thats what i use in jesmon's turn and then if Veedramon or Lilithmon Die im gonna revive em and Speedcharge field another jesmons turn and repeat
Fist of Athena is such an underrated move. Sure it lacks the flashiness of other RK's moves but it's very personal and lethal. Imagine being bonked in the head with a shotgun-charged shield.

Ah the royal knights, cheap tactics and attacks (I'm looking at you Imperialmon). Most fell from one or two attacks from my lilithmon, Wargreymon, or Kerpymon.
+TalesOfFutuma BlackWarGreymon also works *very* well. Black Tornado will do a ton of damage to Leopardmon, as will Lilithmon's Phantom Pain (triple dark damage, ignores INT, and has a 35% chance to inflict poison). Lucemon is also great (digivolve a Tokomon at lv 30 with 150 INT & 40 ABI into Lucemon [Rookie], then digivolve Lucemon into Lucemon Falldown Mode [or go even further by digivolving him into Lucemon Satan Mode]. The various Demon Lords are all very powerful against Data types like Leopardmon/Duftmon).

I beat the fight first try, but only *barely* as I only had one surviving near-death Digimon on my team once it was over: Kuzuhamon. All of my other Digimon died. Kuzuhamon was a god-send though since her Data typing gave her some added bulk against Alphamon & Omegamon.
It was the second time in the game I got a Game Over.
The first was Lilithmon, but nothing will ever surpass that Omegamon, it broke me-

I did not do much post game stuff in the first game but that story fight in Hackers memory, I thought it was going to be easy, I had 11 beefed up Mega Digimon, and I won by the skin of my teeth with 2 Digimon left standing and one of them at 1 HP. I won and yet it still felt like I experienced being at the reciving end of a power of friendship beat down. When Omnimon and Nokia afterwards talked about how they need to get stronger it was legitemantly intimidating.
I got so used to this theme after hearing it too many times to count, so much that I really like it now.
It´s so epic, just epic nothing fits better.

I killed both Gallantmon and Alphamon at the same time on my first try and thought I was gonna win easy..boy, was I wrong.
I love playing this game on Hard mode. On easy you only need brute strengths so on chapter 3 and up I switch to Hard mode and stayed with that difficulty setting. ON Hard mode you need to use tactics. When I was fighting Jimiken on Hard mode in Chap 3 i think, he destroyed me many times after like 15 retries. Just for my curiosity I switch on Normal mode and I defeated Jimiken easily on my 1st try. I didn't save because it didn't felt like I accomplished something extraordinary. I reloaded my game on Hard mode, trained like 8 hours to beat Jimiken and used Tactics, when I finally defeated Jimiken I felt good about my victory. The challenge of unforgivable bosses on hard mode makes the game fun and when I win you , you truly are happy because you overcome an impossible situation. I'm on Chapter 15 with 130 hours of gameplay time. Each bosses became more and more impossible like The 1st fight with Crusardemon followed by the eater that garbed Yukko. I manage to Defeated all the impossible bosses so Far. By playing Hard mode, it forced me to use the farm. This is the best digimon game That I've played. It's too bad Pokemon game doesn't have an difficulty setting because This generation of Pokemon games are easy. pokemon game should take example of this Digimon game. Normal mode for casual player and Hard mode for hardcore players. That way everyone is Happy.
I did the exact same thing after Chapter 2 and I agree that the game get's pretty strategic when playing on Hard Mode. My main complaint, however, is the unfair difficulty fight towards the endgame, last boss and royal knights quests alike, on Hard mode. By that time, all your Digimon should be max level and even then, most enemies' stats are insanely high. The fight against Craniamon, arguably the slowest amongst the Royal Knights, still outspeed my fastest Digimon. Challenge for the game is fine but I personally feel that the last portion of the game wasn't playtested for Hard Mode.
Yeah, I agree. I play on both, normal and hard mode (switching back and forth), and some battles feel just disappointing. For example some of the royal knights get 2-3 shotted by Black WarGreymon's Black Tornado...
But in some other royal knight fights they easily 2-3 shot my entire team xD
I wish there would be a third difficulty so the current normal mode would be easy mode, hard mode would stay hard mode and normal mode would be something inbetween.
Yeah I wish more games would do this.. One thing I don't like it that in new game + the difficulty stays the same. I had hoped theywould even further increase the difficulty like increasing the bosses health even more (not more speed LOL!) and maybe some extra damage that almost anything one shots you, which you can play around with tactics^^ like lets say dark souls where every new game + increases their health+ damage
Unfortunetly the hard mode is kinda broken, all I does is increase every enemies stats by 3 times or something so some fights really are impossible unless you have the specific digimon or a crapton of items to last the fight
I kinda agree, but I don't want to face Lucemon or Examon ever again in hard mode. I spent around 3 hours after finally defeating Examon.
i defeated imperaldramon palladin mode in an amazing way. my kentorusmon survived the omnisword and then my whole team was revived and shinygreymon burst mode delivered the final blow.😆

I know a lot of this song makes people wonder how they're gonna win and you can see that even when you CONTROL Omnimon in Chapter 10. Using Omnimon, with this song playing, you completely DESTROY Fei's team. It's really your first taste into the power of the Royal Knights, and it's when one is *in the Player's control.* Really makes you wonder from then on how bad the Royal Knights will kick your ass if you have to fight them, and oh boy, you'll find that answer quickly.

Crusadermon has quite the streak of taking things a bit too far against humans in Digimon already, even sometimes doing things against what the royal knights generally desire.
Sided with Lucemon alongside Leopardmon (Funny how in CS the two are basically the commanders of the Royal knights who want humans killed, possible throwback...?) in Digimon frontier with the promise of the power to conquer the human world, was duped obviously and even killed, but her intents were still malicious.
Turned on multiple of the Royal Knights in the CGI X-Evolution film, this isn't against Yggdrasil but against many other knights who disapproved of the mass extinction plan, such as Gallantmon etc, and was one of the few to not have a change of heart. this doesn't involve humans but shows that she's playing by her own rules and doesn't generally change her heart.
Led a massive siege in Data squad against the human world, which once again was organized and approved by most royal knights. would of nearly won and killed one of the main protagonists had she not underestimated Burst Digievolution, was killed again.
And then, Cyber Sleuth. due to the eater situation basically making Yggdrasil non-functional, she took a human host (Rie.) that she adapted some of the emotions of, as Rie was a malicious woman beforehand. In this disguise she did the folllowing, Spoiler alert.
Drove Yuuko and Yuugo's father to suicide.
Manipulated Yuuko into advancing her own plans, letting more Eaters out to harm humanity, leading to pure carnage in the Avalon server
When Yuuko finally realized she was a tool, Crusadermon fed her to an Eater.
Had basically total control over the company, clearing her tracks and using what appeared to be the next step of virtual reality into unleashing a massive digital shift, letting out not only confused digimon but loads of eaters again.
Had an unhealthy hatred of the main cast, tormenting them at every turn because Crusadermon Believed that despite the fact that the first eater encounter wasn't really their fault due to being literal children, going as far as to call them the "Original Sin" and baiting the MC into a fight that nearly resulted in their death had Kyoko/Alphamon not finally shown themself.
Oh, Wiping the memory of many people with the help of Sueduo. (Deadass thought he was a royal knight too, Craniamon perhaps?)
Oversights in her plan killed and/or corrupted fellow knights, UlforceVeedramon and Examon to be exact.
Yeah, Crusadermon's a bitch, being a Dark and a Virus digimon fits her too well...Knight of Honor my ass.
LordKnightmon is perfect for the job since "the ends justifies the means" is its motto and it's exceptionally ruthless in executing its duties. That's why Duftmon sent it as the main agent to start the events of CS:HM. If Duftmon would send any other RK they would be like "whoa that's a bit much bro"
If you're referring to Frontier with the sided with Lucemon thing, it was actually Dynasmon that also sided with Lucemon, not Leopardmon. But yeah Crusadermon is a major asshole.

Just two more days! :D I already know what starter I'm going to get and what Digimon I'm going to focus on getting: I'm going to pick Hagurumon as my starter (for Machinedramon), and then I'm going to work on getting BlackAgumon, BlackGabumon, and two Salamon. After that, I will try to get an Impmon to work at getting Beelzemon Blast Mode. :D

Same, once I got one with a bunch of tactician usbs I sailed straight through mid and part of late game. That said I didn't use the same overpowered megas's most people did, so it balanced out near the end.

The only Royal Knight I have yet to unlock is Imperialdramon Paladin Mode. I barely survived my first fight against Gallantmon, Omnimon, and Alphamon though. It really came down to my Kuzuhamon more or less soloing Omnimon & Alphamon. If she went down all I had left was a Hackmon. XD

Well it's difficult to say,in terms of the most powerful without any power ups is easily Alphamon because of the alpha-inforce and he is the mediator of the royal knights,but in terms of raw power is examon,while in destructive power dynasmon is said to be the most powerful,while in different modes,dukemon crimson can literally desintegrate you to your basic molecules while ulforce future mode is the only super ultimate Wich are considered a level so powerful that only few digimon have been able to achieve it, while Alphamon oryuken...well he has the oryuken, a weapon so powerful that if you are not strong enough to wield it,it literally kills you

I bring out Jesmon as Jesmon has revive and The secon skill where he wont nullify damage so thats what i use in jesmon's turn and then if Veedramon or Lilithmon Die im gonna revive em and Speedcharge field another jesmons turn and repeat
Fist of Athena is such an underrated move. Sure it lacks the flashiness of other RK's moves but it's very personal and lethal. Imagine being bonked in the head with a shotgun-charged shield.

Ah the royal knights, cheap tactics and attacks (I'm looking at you Imperialmon). Most fell from one or two attacks from my lilithmon, Wargreymon, or Kerpymon.

BlackWarGreymon also works *very* well. Black Tornado will do a ton of damage to Leopardmon, as will Lilithmon's Phantom Pain (triple dark damage, ignores INT, and has a 35% chance to inflict poison). Lucemon is also great (digivolve a Tokomon at lv 30 with 150 INT & 40 ABI into Lucemon [Rookie], then digivolve Lucemon into Lucemon Falldown Mode [or go even further by digivolving him into Lucemon Satan Mode]. The various Demon Lords are all very powerful against Data types like Leopardmon/Duftmon).
