    His Holiness the Dalai Lama will launch a special education programme titled ‘ SEE Learning ’ (Social, Emotional and Ethical Learning) aimed at creating a compassionate and ethical world in association with the US-based Emory University in Delhi next week. The global launch of the program, otherwise known as ‘Secular Ethics’ will be attended by nobel prize winner Kailash Stayarthi and award-winning author Daniel Goleman.     Secular Ethics means to studies through reasoning, commence - sence used ,logical not depending in religion, where learner can experiences respected all religions , beileved your own religion and n-beivers also knows about the one-ness of 7billion people of this world are mentelly same.emotionally same h,physically same ,wanted happiness,dont wanted suffering same and we respected each other is very important beacuse we are social animal need loves ,affections,kindness from indevidual ,it need sociaties are dependent each others .
