This was a very rare opportunity where Maulana Tariq Jameel gave the audience some valuable advices. The original lecture is in Urdu but it has an english translation for the benefit of a wider audience.
Sadly there are many who cannot benefit from this Shaykh due to language restrictions, but with the will of Allah, we have translated this lecture.
A few of the advices mentioned by the Shaykh:
-Being particular in the performance of Salah and taking time out for the recitation of the Qur'an.
-Women to take particular care of adopting hijab and ensuring their offspring does so as well.
-Rights of parents
-Rights of the wife and the husband.
-Muslims not fighting.
-Matter of borrowing and owing money.

Brother Abdul-Rehman Sheikh is right, Maulana Tariq Jameel never said that Prophet Muhammad PBUH would leave his namaz for his mother, rather he would break his prayer and answer his mother and then go back to his prayer.
I really like listening to this sheikh - straight to the point.
At 6:18 brother said if my mother calls me while I'm in my salah, I would break it for her.... Allah says in the quran obey your parents, but if they ask you to disobey me then ignore them .. Aya in the quran"We have enjoined on man and woman kindness to parents; but if they (either of them) strive (to force) thee to join with Me anything of which thou hast no knowledge, obey them not'" (29:8).
Insha Allah,,, Allah hum sab ko sun ne aur amal karne ki toufeeq ata farmaye....

that doesn't refer to prayer - it refers to breaking one of the commands of allah swt, not substituting one command for another which can be done later.. eg, if your parents tell/advise you to listen to music, drink alcohol, or not to believe in allah, then in that instance the verse is applicable

MUSLIM STRONG - desist indulging misinterpretation of Quran n Hadith text/version due to your narrow-mindedness, your like people listen/read these greatest n sincerest scholars only to look for grabbing some point to criticize for no fruitful yield but just to divert masses attention from seeking greater benefits towards 'back to the pavilion'. U too are requested to come n practically cooperate in this greatest sacred work of all the Prophets (peace be upon all of them) as all of us (Muslims) being responsible for propagation of what our last Prophet (peace be upon him) delivered us via his Companions (Sahabah-e-Kiraam - Radhi-Allah-o-Anhum Ajma'een) with the advice to take it and disperse those who are unaware since no more prophet is scheduled to come until the last day (judgment day). ALLAH SWT give V/U true Hidayet, Ameen.
Masha-ALLAH, Tabarak-ALLAH - It is not just the duty of only Samahatush-Shaikh, Fazeelatush-Shaikh Hazrat Maulana Allama Tariq Jameel Saheb Hafezahum-Allah and other scholars (Hafezahum-Allah) to struggle spreading the Word of Allah (entire Deen) but every member of the Muslim Society (Ummat) is responsible to understand his/her purpose of creation which can only be materialized thru exercise-way i.e. devoting some time learning the "purpose" going out in the path of ALLAH SWT at the soonest; please don't delay, hurry-up - who is first to go 3, 10, 40 days, 4 months; humanity is massively falling into destruction (Hell-fire) every moment !

Salaam, what means 'lara'?
Maulana Tariq Jameel said that the prophet would break the prayer to go serve his mother. AND THEN he would go back and pray again. If he goes back and prays then its not disobedience , is it?
Abdul-Rehman Sheikh if we fulfill all of the orders of our parents then we can do anything we want. Worshipping recitation of holy QURAN etc
Listen carefully if Mother is alive ,then huzoor said i’ll do khidmat .
