Super Video
0:37 reminds me of June in 2018 when a restaurant caught on fire at RDU
That's not good. Glad the airport didn't burn down. But it's a little ironic, cause this happened in July 2019, so hopefully this isn't a pattern.
Andrew's Aviation nothing happened like that in July of 2020. If anything it was the pandemic. But that’s actually helped them because now they rent out one of the employee lots to Amazon so they can park their trucks
That's good that RDU made it through a year without another fire. But that's nice to hear that they're using the current situation to their advantage and rake in some extra cash.
Andrew's Aviation yeah. Hopefully, in the future they get Amazon Prime Air. They have a spot for it to go. Somewhat trying to one up Charlotte In cargo. Already a Big Fedex area as well as UPS, Delta Cargo, and American Cargo and this would just top it off
That sounds like a really good idea on their part. Following the current trends, it's likely (fast) delivery service will continue to expand, so whenever Amazon's ready they can just move right in.
WOW Andrew! You Rocked this!!! The A321 is SO markedly better than the 'old' MD88. I remember when the 88 was NEW!! The 321 is so much better with so much to offer the traveler. It is BIGGER all over with HUGE overhead bins and 3 out of 4 bathrooms for Economy. I love this plane and I'm glad DELTA bought so many. Great job DELTA!
Love this Delta A321 with all new bling! I'm about to upload a trip report on AA's inherited A321 from US Airways which is um, showing its age let's just say. - Red
@RedcoMusic you can say that again. I've flown on one of those too and they definitely could use a little touch-up. But nonetheless, a beautiful aircraft!
Outstanding report Andrew! The quality and the voice over were great. Something different for sure. Keep them coming!
Really nice report!
I remember when that happened . for some reason the security doors and fire alarms are basically together , well they use to be . someone went through one of the gate doors and set that alarm off . it was quickly cleared .
Me too. I flew Breeze out of RDU last month and when they opened the door to the jetbridge, the alarm sounded for a few seconds, but it didn’t trigger all of them, it was just the one at the gate.
@@MatthewsAviationChannel that because the leveler did not go down because the gate agent ( jet bridge operator) didn't do something right while locking everything in place .
@@Lolosmommiethat’s a good point
Great trip report
