I KNEW this was coming!!!! I noticed a few weeks ago she made a quip at Bert that threw me off, saying something like, “I didn’t realize we weren’t allowed to give our opinions, I’ll just stop talking” I can’t remember which segment though. I thought it was way off, maybe she felt she doesn’t get to speak freely sometimes? Not sure. But I told myself she is probably leaving soon. I wish her the best!
I said the same exact thing to my husband. I can’t even remember what the segment was or even what day it happened on. But I felt like something was off then. I’m so sad she had to be let go and have stopped listening because it’s just not the same. I feel like the show isn’t even real anymore. I feel empty without a real explanation.
I’m sorry, but Bert seemed to get too big for his britches. His ego has gotten too big in the past couple of years. You guys let go of a good one. And you will notice that the ratings will go down. You majorly screwed up by allowing her to leave. I just can’t wait until Davi is able to speak her truth.
I’m in total shock. I love you all but will not be listening to your show anymore. There is no one who could fill her seat on the Bert Show that could impact the public like she did. This truly is a mistake in letting her go. She is the most real, honest and true human I’ve ever had the privilege of listening to. I can totally relate to a lot of her stories and insecurities and am a true supporter of her. I’m sure your ratings will tremendously drop due to your error in judgment. I love you Davi and hope this doesn’t trigger stress or mental health. I’m sure it will tho. Just know there are people in this world you love and care for you without even meeting them. Seems weird to let someone go with no notice if there are "no good guys or bad guys" seems like you just don't want to say you cut Davi because you couldn't handle her mental health. So a typical employer.
The first and only family meeting my parents had with my brother and I was to tell us they were getting a divorce. I did not look at family meetings as a negative thing at that time so I was asking my mom throughout the day when are we going to have our family meeting

This really, really, really stinks. Speaking as someone outside of the studio and only a watcher of your videos, I never really noticed an imbalance in the chemistry, other than a few times Davi did seem a little off and I just chocked that up to her anxiety and medical stuff. In my opinion, Kristin seems to get rather bossy and is all about Jimmy, Jimmy, Jimmy. I understand he is the highlight of her life, what with having to go through all of the infertility treatments and in vitro and yes, he is a miracle baby, but she goes over the top at times. And one other thing, why is Cassie not in the studio any more? I would imagine her being the only one working remote could be a contributor to the overall chemistry not working. I hope you find someone more suitable to the chemistry of the team, but I am so very sad about Davi not being there any more.
Her energy has been off in the videos I’ve seen recently. You can definitely tell she was going through something. I noticed she was gone but thought maybe she was sick or on vacation. Hope all is well with her after getting away from an environment that wasn’t healthy for her.

I'm sure Davi is probably a sweet young lady but she was a bit if a Debbie Downer/Negative Nancy. I started listening to the show while I was doing my clinicals for Radiology skl and had 3 hrs drives. So whether I was in traffic and could only listen or watching the show at home, I could always feel the kinda low, grumpy negative energy from her. But the 1st time I heard, Abby, I was like, She's a perfect fit! And I didn't know anything about her. Her energy and humor n upbeat voice captured me right out of the gate! But I'm sure that Davi will find somewhere that she's a perfect fit for.
So in other words, yall have been fake??? Seems like a Kristen and Davi thing and Bert was caught up in the middle and of course he chooses Kristen.... also I hate when Moe tells his stories it just doesn't feel authentic 😒

Her podcast also explains what happened and why she left. Its not trashy, very tasteful. she also brings back some past emplyees that got fired or left. They explain how the bert show is truly a toxic workplace.
There's a ton of speculation, but a lot of T has been coming out about what a nightmare Bert is behind the scenes. RyanLil detailed out an entire scene of Bert shouting down Kristen to tears right after one of his segments in the worst of ways. Ryan went to Bert about how completely uncalled for it was and Bert basically told him to stfu he's not 'part of the fam'. Tons of receipts on his twitter! Also a lot of stuff is coming out on why Brian left because Bert was super angry Brian didn't want to talk about his divorce/abusive relationship with his ex-wife. Even interns are coming out of the woodwork.
I saw Ryan’s post and it didn’t name Kristen. I thought it sounded more like Davi. I find it hard to believe he would talk to Kristen that way. As for all the people coming out of the woodwork I’ve only heard Ryan claim that there were others but he wouldn’t give any evidence. From what I’ve seen of his social media Ryan seems to be someone who tries to start drama for no reason.
And she cuts people off and ad-libs when people are talking. Not to mention her constant “ahhhh” “ummm” when talking just to drag on what she’s saying because she loves the attention being on her- is annoying. It’ll be great if she goes too

It's kind of funny to me how no one is the bad guy or good guy but this decision clearly states otherwise.... I get that the chemistry is huge for a show like this but Davi was the only real one... anybody who watches or listens to the show knows that the way davi is on air is her 100% authentic self while the rest of you definitely have a type of on air persona with slight deviation to your true self, your not quiet acting or being fake, but you hold back and ain't entirely open with listeners. It really kind of reminds me of high-school when we watched the 'cool' girls click change from week to week. Davi doesn't fit you guys anymore clearly, and i guess your click and Davis mental are probably both better off for it. Sad to see it all unfold. Also, Moe, really dude, no comment, nothing to say?
I feel like it would not be right for me to take sides in any of this because I just started listening less than a year before Davi. Seems like there is one of two options either Moe is the type of person to shut down when he is working with challenging emotions or this may have more to do with the chemistry between Davi and Moe than the team as a whole..... I could be wrong with both of those but that's what comes to mind
Ngl Davi started becoming overbearing with her views on the show. Her energy was taking over and over shadowing everyone else’s (not in a good way). Just seemed to lack professionalism imo, but that’s just me

If Davi wasn't the problem, why was she the one fired? She must have spoken up about bad treatment and then let go because of it.

Cassie is still super afraid of Covid and basically isn’t leaving the house until her baby can get vaccinated.

Back when she had all the drama about Heather McDonald, I knew then that she was an entitled, selfish diva. This is not surprising.
