Tata entire showrooms has the same problem. Once you buy their car they start behaving like you are nothing for them. Even I had problems with oil leakage just after 24 hrs buying showroom Safari..but the Tata showroom employees in Nagpur clearly denied to take any single responsibility. I've sold the car in 2 months in loss...and buyed Maruti Ertiga..so far Maruti service is best and a good response from their employees.

File a complaint against the manager and sales person of the dealer in the Court and also claim compensation for the harassment.

I had used Ford n Chevi for 26 years now, never in my life saw them treating customers like this,,, unfortunately they left,,, now we have goons operating in Mahindra and Tata, how come you can sell accidental vehicle to customer because you don't have any ethics or morality...
I have thought of XuV300 while back,,, but the unprofessionalism of dealer n pushy behaviour to sell accessories, extended warranty and expensive insurance made me drop that Idea,,, I do have two tata cars in family but trust me when I say this they all our pissed of by Tata's service

Unusual gaps kai baar hote hain jisse problem toh nahi hoti but, proper finish wala feel nahi aata.
Agar apko lagta hai accidental repaired vehicle hai toh paint check kariye, uss area ka bubbles develop ho jate hain and roughness rehti hai, company painted feel nahi aaega.

The person who buys the car or a bike is highly excited to get his car or his bike and for sure he cannot or will only trust The car dealer who really spoke such sweet words before selling the car .
Now the topic is who has done it . Is that not possible to just investigate by the dealer They CAN charge it to the seller if it found that the same has happened bh the seller. In this case why is the seller / dealer so arrogant. Yes the buyer may be behaving the same but who holds the moral values? And as such the customer is truly in pain.
