The trucker was in his lane, he did not “merge” into her lane. She waited until the last second to “merge” and ran into the trucker, their insurance company is absolute garbage, it was 100% her fault
#5: Insurance (probably): "You claim they rear ended you. Yet the damage is on the side back panel, and not on the back bumper and rear door....Even before the video, I smell bs."
That happened to my daughter. She was driving down our street and a crazy neighbor backed out without looking into the side of my daughters car. We exchanged info and she called my insurance agent and left a message saying that my daughter rear ended her. Once the facts were presented and pictures were shown, her insurance company took 80% responsibility because they said my daughter could have avoided it even though she was almost all the way past the driveway and she backed into the rear quarter panel of the car. I was livid but my rep told me that it doesn't matter what the other persons insurance said it matters what mine says and they held the other party 100% responsible. I paid my deductible, got the car fixed. Shortly after I got 80% of that back and about two weeks after that got the rest back as a third party ruled the other 100%. There was no dash cam but after watching these videos all the time I put them in all of my and my kids cars.
i can only imagine their expressions when it hits them that not only is their own insurance turning against them, but they're also being handed a ticket for their foolishness. The beauty of having a dashcam is letting them speak to the police first, spinning their version of events. Then, when the officer approaches you, you calmly pull up the dashcam footage. Absolutely satisfying.
Not only that but you can clearly see him put on his turn signal as the cam car is attempting to drive around him. I feel like most of these are real videos but someone just makes up a story and goes with it
Also if this guy wasn't driving dangerously he would have seen that the worker actually did use his signal... Doesn't much matter when the next guy over is driving recklessly
How was there no witness in 11 when the recording clearly shows he had green and the lights to the right (the direction the other driver was traveling towards) were red?
i wish i could see the look on their faces when they realize that not only is their own insurance finding against them but they are also receiving citations because of their stupidity. best thing about a dash cam is letting other people talk to the police first and they flat out lie. then when the police come to you and you boot up the dash cam footage. priceless.
Not sure why everyone doesn't have one, i get nervous if I ever need to drive someone else's car and it doesn't have one, way to many idiots on the road who will blame anyone but themselves when they cause an accident. And on top of that you have the scammers who will do it deliberately. 🤦♂️ For the price you can get them at nowadays it honestly seems stupid to me to not have one.
Almost 8 years ago I got involved in a 3 car wreck that was caused by the first car slamming on his breaks to make a turn causing us all to pile into him but because no one had it on camera, I got a ticket for following to closely and my car was totaled out and my insurance rate went way up. The other 2 cars were able to drive away. I have had a front and rear facing dashcam ever since!!! Never again will I be blamed for an accident that I didn't cause!!!
8:24 "Did you not see me doing an illegal U-turn in the middle of the road? Do you not know what I was thinking when I was doing a random maneuver in my car? Gimme your insurance." I live in Texas and that's definitely around Plano.
Yeah for sure, it’s a single lane and the cam car tried to rush up along the van. It doesn’t split into two lanes until after the gas station entrance.
REALLY not the same. A scammer gets in an accident intentionally. They are literally putting people in real danger to steal money. Liars are just hoping to get away with not paying for a genuine accident.
@@Scoots1994Agreed. So far, none of the people I’ve seen *wanted* to get into accidents. Maybe one road rage. But the red light runners, particularly - I’ve seen people deliberately run red lights. They are usually paying attention and trying not to get hit. These people didn’t notice the red light.
30. Really wishing we had the front view on that one ... 'cause that looked a whole lot like a bigger vehicle side-swiping and then break-checking the other car and yet they found that car 100% at fault? I mean, if you do something to cause additional damage to either your vehicle or their vehicle ... some insurance companies won't cover that because you intentionally created a worse situation.
The only way the other driver would have been found 100% at fault is if the cammer neglected to share his footage with the insurance company because his video clearly shows him sideswiping, cutting off, and brake-checking the other driver. He should have his license revoked.
@TMGMedia73 As soon as there is going to be insurance involved, you can immediately see the little dollar signs light up in their eyes. Grifters at their street-level best. hahaha
We’re looking at 50-75 examples of these actions (from 10.5 months out of a year) out of roughly 380 million people in the US and Canada. None of the bad driving you see in these video are representative of how 95% of people on this continent actually drive. Rule #1 of the internet: don’t believe everything you read online and do not project everything you see online as representative of what the general public actually believes. Not that difficult to understand.
@@luke_cohen1 Sorry, mate. From someone with at least 2 million miles under his belt, you are too gullible. I once got rear-ended THREE TIMES IN TWO WEEKS, all three times sitting at a standstill. That's just one example of how bad it is. The fact that everyone SHOULD HAVE a dashcam is another clue. I'm surprised that insurance companies haven't lobbied for dashcams to be made mandatory - YET.
Or at the very least run hazards lights. Blinkers does nothing for clowning around in the middle of the road. Hazard lights at least broadcast to the world to expect the unexpected.
@@catherined3791even that though it looked like she was lining up to go in the left lane all she had to do was one quick shoulder check to notice the car coming up the right lane while she was in the left lane. All the blame is on her imo.

34: She deserved the 4 points on her license and was at least 80% at fault. The driver in the merging lane ALWAYS bares legal responsibility for safely merging with traffic in the continuing lane. The driver in the continuing lane has NO legal responsibility to yield to the driver in the merging lane.
This one had me scratching my head. Which rig was the narrator talking about? If it was the cammers car then he is wrong. If he is talking about the pickup how did he get the footage? Car is absolutely at fault .
I was looking for this comment! Thank you because all I kept thinking was what the hell is this guy talking about? Is he even watching the same video??
Thank you!! Truck driver could've let her ease into it but she was 100% at fault. Just because you have a mandatory merge doesn't mean you can just throw your car in front of others with right of way. 60% is insane.
I find it amazing how challenging it is first people to admit when they were in the wrong. They have such little integrity to blatantly lie about who was at fault. It’s a sad state of affairs that people are so unwilling to take responsibility for their actions and will try to throw someone else under the bus to save their own a$$.
That’s what I was coming down here to say. She can argue all she wants, what she was doing was completely illegal, so any damage coming from that illegal act would be her fault. Also, a turn signal would’ve been nice, but would not have let the other driver know she was going into his lane. She’s crazy.
Correct on both points, Diane. It's also worth noting that even if she did have her blinker on, she still has to yield to the driver who's already in the lane she's trying to merge into. Too many people think that having their blinker gives them the right of way when merging into another lane. Wrong! The ignorance of the law, the sense of entitlement, and general stupidity this woman displays is beyond astounding.
The guy was also an idiot. Im not saying bow down to all the idiots on the road but he saw her dumbarse pulling that move and kept driving. even when he saw her accelerate forward.
The other car did the same but, when they started, they swerved across the gore point. That swerve got them to the point of collision quicker. Had they not done that, they would both have moved across pretty much in unison. Does the state in which this happened have a lane change law? In WA state, you have to have your turn indicator on for 200 feet or two seconds.
That's what I'm saying. Even if the other car switched multiple lanes too, it was already in the final lane and established it's spot there before mister no eyes came charging in to the lane.
Every single day now I see people turning from whatever lane they’re in, even across traffic in the other lanes. Or backing up traffic behind them so they can turn right from the left lane. Every. Single. Day. This has only been happening for the last year and a half or so, at least in Houston, but it’s absolutely crazy now.
#22 Doesn’t she admit fault? “I was in the MIDDLE of the road…” Yes. And then you entered the right turn lane when another large mass was already there.

Looks like the cammer (call them the impatient driver) didn't wait for the car (call them the left lane camper) to move to the right so decided to pass on the right. The left lane camper decided to move over late and side swiped the impatient driver for the first contact. Then impatient driver braked checked the camper causing the 2nd contact. If I were the camper, this would definitely be going to court. If I were the impatient driver, I wouldn't count my chickens just yet that the 100% fault for camper will stay that way.

#34 is just lucky some people are as dumb as he is.. You can CLEARLY see the truck didn't turn into her, as you can see the distance the truck is from the lane line, and it doesn't decrease as it would if he was actually turning into her.. Also the dumb lady was in a merge lane, you have no right of way into the next lane just because you have a turn signal on.. Its the responsibility of the person in the ending lane to merge safely, speed up or slow down to merge..The lady was 100% at fault IMO, and technically legally.. but Cops are stupid, so are Citizens.
1:32 I really hope the cammer took the right steps, went to the hospital via ambulance for their "back and neck injury", and hired an attorney. Because they essentially won the lottery

As a species, humans can be awful. A lot of "if you do something wrong, blame others or pretend it never happened, and NEVER admit to ANY wrongdoing" people out here....
why have so many of these excerpts become a Cammer in a POS (that they don't care about getting into an accident with) NOT just SLOWING DOWN/STOPPING and letting the idiot on the other end merge in, or finish their moronic move? A large majority of those seem avoidable ... ex. 7, 18, 22, 30, 32, 33, 36, 37, 38 are all of the other drivers in the wrong? OF COURSE. is proving a point worth all of that time to deal with insurance and fixing your car? absolutely NOT, for me, but other's MMV.
THIS!!! Honestly, I found it crazy nobody was commenting about it; like #37 bfffr, completely avoidable just the driver being a complete idiot, I honestly never understood the whole not letting the person in next to you merge (23 as well but they were both idiots tbh). Idk I just consider them a-holes.
Truck at fault, driving aggressively, and purposely cut off red car. Never fully changed lanes, so doubt there was a lane signal change. Left no room for red car to safely brake, as well as trying to run red car into anther lane or hit them. Insurance failed here, most likely because truck driver would never submit that video.
Insurance is BS. I know typically a rear end is always the back drivers fault, but this idiot sped up, and was in two lanes at once to pass the red car, and then didn’t keep his speed. 100% preventable and unnecessary from the reckless truck driver.
@youngdrudown You should watch the clip again. The cammer had definitely completed the lane change and was fully established in the center lane by the time the car is seen switching lanes and making contact with the truck.
I just had my insurance renewal come in 2 days ago & I read it all. There ARE repercussions for misrepresenting incidents where you are involved in an accident.
#22 I know lady making illegal U turn is at fault but how does the cam driver not feel obligated to slow down approaching another erratic driver. It’s a red light too 😂
Yeah, it was stupid. It's like people that see people backing out in a parking lot and they decide they should speed up and go around instead of just being cautious. Too many people in a selfish hurry and can't even think of cooperative driving
1:19 - I always watch my rear view mirror when I stop. Only once have I had to run a red light to avoid an accident but hey, one way or another you’re going into that intersection, might as well do it under your own power.

#12 Dude whether he was signalling or not is irrelevant. You were illegally attempting to pass him on the right where there was only one lane.
Not only that but you can clearly see him put on his turn signal as the cam car is attempting to drive around him. I feel like most of these are real videos but someone just makes up a story and goes with it

I just installed a dash cam the other day. There's a peace of mind that I have now in case something happens
@@nickarganbright7218 I'm betting that insurance companies will soon make them mandatory or start giving sizeable discounts for drivers having them.
Almost 8 years ago I got involved in a 3 car wreck that was caused by the first car slamming on his breaks to make a turn causing us all to pile into him but because no one had it on camera, I got a ticket for following to closely and my car was totaled out and my insurance rate went way up. After watching a bunch of these videos I've come to the conclusion that 80% of them are avoidable
Right? LOL if you see somebody might hit you and you let them on purpose then doesn't that actually make you the scammer? 🤔

4:40 I still think it was dashcam guys fault.
Totally, no need to aggressively drive along side someone in a single lane
Yeah for sure, it’s a single lane and the cam car tried to rush up along the van. It doesn’t split into two lanes until after the gas station entrance.
When your blinker’s on, but your driving skills are still off-classic hit-and-run material!
4:30 you’re technically in the wrong. Though the van did not signal the roadway was still single-lane, therefore you had no right to pull inside it.
The van used the bliker. The flashing is visible briefly.
Not really scammers, just people that don’t want to take responsibility for their actions…. But same difference……
That’s why it says “insurance fraud” in the thumbnail. Lying to the company is insurance fraud.

I like how he said the other driver sped up to hit him, when he was the one that gunned the engine to pass and then immediately slammed on the brakes.
Whoaaaaaa. That's wild. He clearly was weaving in and out of traffic and sideswiped then brake checked.
That's whack.
Umm…I’m guessing the cammer lied and he was found at fault and maybe even cited.
The cammer was responding like a mad man defending his actions to anyone criticizing him on the original release of the video. He is a real P.O.S,
The only way the other driver would have been found 100% at fault is if the cammer neglected to share his footage with the insurance company because his video clearly shows him sideswiping, cutting off, and brake-checking the other driver. He should have his license revoked.
Nothing pisses me off more than someone with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
It’s truly sickening how many disgusting people are in this world…🤬🤬🤬
Who told that woman that using her blinker meant she was in the right??? Nope, she was making a u turn in the middle of the street. Dumb
It's really alarming to know how many dishonest people there are when they cause an accident. I'd never drive if I didn't have a good quality dashcam.
With the spike in traffic and bad driving habits today it's like a necessity. Didn't need it until recently.
@TMGMedia73 As soon as there is going to be insurance involved, you can immediately see the little dollar signs light up in their eyes. Grifters at their street-level best. hahaha
Lying liars that lie.
We’re looking at 50-75 examples of these actions (from 10.5 months out of a year) out of roughly 380 million people in the US and Canada. None of the bad driving you see in these video are representative of how 95% of people on this continent actually drive.

@@luke_cohen1 Sorry, mate. From someone with at least 2 million miles under his belt, you are too gullible. I once got rear-ended THREE TIMES IN TWO WEEKS, all three times sitting at a standstill. Number 11, you have video proof, citations should have been issued and I would keep fighting that.
Driver 4: Damned semi did not even slow down. Wow, I bet that hurt! The driver does not deserve to have a license now after that act of stupidity.

#22…..That lady did an illegal U-turn in the middle of the road and she did not have her turn signal on.
That’s what I was coming down here to say. She can argue all she wants, what she was doing was completely illegal, so any damage coming from that illegal act would be her fault. Also, a turn signal would’ve been nice, but would not have let the other driver know she was going into his lane. She’s crazy.
Also, just using a turn signal does not give people the right-of-way.
It would be nice if the cammer filled us in on how the insurance handled it.
The guy was also an idiot. Im not saying bow down to all the idiots on the road but he saw her dumbarse pulling that move and kept driving. even when he saw her accelerate forward.
#14 is clearly the cammers fault. Cutting across three lanes of traffic in one go....
They did it too then did a speed racer move to hit them, their fault, re-dart
That's what I'm saying. Even if the other car switched multiple lanes too, it was already in the final lane and established it's spot there before mister no eyes came charging in to the lane.
#34...right lane was to merge over...i don't understand why truck would have any liability 😮
Love the second clip where the idiot is rubbing the bumper like "ya, that will just buff right out"
Every single day now I see people turning from whatever lane they’re in, even across traffic in the other lanes. Or backing up traffic behind them so they can turn right from the left lane. Every. Single. Day. This has only been happening for the last year and a half or so, at least in Houston, but it’s absolutely crazy now.
If they were crazy, they'd at least have an excuse, but all they suffer from is selfishness or stoopidity.

@itsme.6863 Car made first contact. Didn't even try to avoid.
Truck at fault, driving aggressively, and purposely cut off red car. Never fully changed lanes, so doubt there was a lane signal change.
