Thanks but your template is incorrect. The sentence " The lecture describes about . . ." is wrong, it should be "The lecture discribes . . ." or "The lecture is about . . ."

And that is "The Image / Lecture describes about..... It also provide information about ..... It is clear from the image that some ...... After analyzing this lecture, it can be concluded that ......"

Hello sir, on SST do we need to write the original text that had spoken ? Because sometimes it needs to be plural when it is included in a sentence

No you don’t have to write the original text. Since you will be using your own template, you can change the words. Same rule applies to tense. Should I write ✍️ in past tense or present tense ? This will not matter or at least points will not be deducted.

There is no such thing as 'describe about' as describe is not followed by the preposition.

In that case, you can write The lecture describes ....without the preposition ‘about’.
