Are you using the regular water base ink or water base T-shirt ink?

First of all I appreciate your work and sorry for off-topic, I want to start to print t-shirts but I don't know wich printer to use I wonder if Epson L1100 or maybe Canon Pixma IX 6850 is ok for what I want to do, or maybe if you have another printer models that could help me I will be so grateful! hey! this video is SO helpful for me (a one woman business printing by myself) do you have a weight of poster paper that you recommend / supplier?

do you have to use water base ink?

You do have to but with water based ran through a conveyor dryer or under a flash evaporates all the water out of the ink so nothing smears to the touch. Plastisol ink will definitely smear. Hope that helps
