I was about 10 when GnR became widely known (I wasn’t growing up in USA). I do remember this performance. It was Freddy Mercury memorial concert. I was 8th grade. Remember to this day. They were one of the biggest stars of the concert. Kids, this is the music we used to listen to when we were children and teenagers😅. Real music. Listen and learn.
They symbolized the spirit of rock & roll .

GN'R at the height of their powers. They were so good during this time. God it would be amazing to have that version of the band to have unreleased music in the archives somewhere. They were so creative and far ahead of other rock bands at the time (besides maybe Metallica).

Saw GnR at CNE Grandstand in 91' Skid Row opened up for them played longest live show of there Live's that night. Best concert I ever saw in my life. 87 at the Ritz in New York was there best live show ever hands down
