(Rocket Racing) SLOW SPEED FIXED! Airborne Speed Run in 31.273

On March 27, there was a second shadow patch after 29.10 was released that made cars ~3% slower. Today, the bug has been fixed.
This run is ok but 30 is definitely possible.
