▶ Cooking recipe and ingredients:
8-10 chicken legs
Salt, pepper, turmeric
piece of butter
Fry the chicken thighs over high heat until golden brown on all sides
1 onion
3-5 cloves of garlic
~ 250 ml light beer
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
5g dark chocolate
let simmer for another 15 minutes
Don't forget vegetables for meat!
Salt, black pepper, parsley
Olive or other vegetable oil

other's use little ordinary oil or olive oil first & let it heat then butter. it prevents burning
