If you are having trouble approaching and talking to women, seriously recommend starting off just talking to random people for a bit and surprise yourself. The more that you do it the more your XP bar for it levels up so to speak. Literally just do it (this is coming from a guy who was horrifically socially anxious before to the point I didn't want to leave my comfort zone at all).
