Considering models are usually 5ft 8in or over. Why are the models having to lift dresses to walk. It spoils the line if the dresses.
Because they make them to a full length of the fabric regardless of the model’s height. If they just tacked the front hem up just a little bit the models wouldn’t have to either lift the gowns or worse trip over them. It spoils the show I think and it doesn’t take long to pin and tack the front hem up carefully.

I don't know why people aren't complaining about those high slits. They are wedding dresses not party dresses. Tactless!

I know what you mean some look downright miserable, I know to them it’s “just a job” wearing outfit after outfit and they can spend hours before a show having hair and makeup done but especially with bridal gowns you’re wearing fabulous gowns and the most special gown of a woman’s life, if the brides smiled or showed how fabulous they felt in the gowns it would help sell them. After all a bride wants to feel beautiful and fabulous and like a princess or at least the most special she’s ever felt on her wedding day.
They look like rags. I have never been so disappointed in a collection in my life. I can’t imagine what she was thinking and who would walk down the aisle to get married in these
