How long does it take to get reimbursement through direct deposit? Also, how is the 24/7 vet line? Very helpful video!

20 to 39 days is absolutely wrong i submitted my dog's claim June 2nd and I'm still waiting for them to process the claim that'll be 2 months waiting

Thanks for the information. It is possible that they are pending the claim until they get additional information from your vet.
