Quite possibly but a team can come together regardless if you have the talent and no one can deny Brazil always has talent. Europe have better organisation ATM so players are developed through a structure for most of their lives before they actually play in a international match. Speaking as a European I want to see the South American teams challenging and winning again, the WC has felt a little lopsided lately.
