OK this is probably going to be quite long, but watching your videos and following many other gymnasts like Brinn and max on social media has really helped me. I'm currently in the rehab process from an ankle injury, in which I tore 2 ligaments and required reconstructive surgery. sometimes i have days in the gym where I question why I am doing this but I'm taking it a day at a time, appreciating the small steps on the road to recovery and am more determined than ever to come back stronger and better than ever. thanks again for inspiring me.

To appreciate the little things in gymnastics is so important. An injury is one of the worst things that can happen. But at the same time it makes people realise how much they love the sport, and eventually to come back after such a setback. Great video!!!

Absolutely love that vlog. Great that you leave all the little mistakes in, the less editing the better. Love the insight into your day-to-day life. So real you can almost smell the sweaty trainers :) Really looking forward to more. Thanks for sharing that Jay.

So this might be a bit long but I don't care, a few years ago I hurt my ankle when I was 10 just by jumping off a wall on holiday and it was so painful but we were going home the next day so my mum just said we will wait until we got home so skip two days later and I go to the doctors and it's not bad compared to almost every other person with an I just just soft tissue damage but four years later I still feel pain and it has been quite bad recently so I am working with it and it getting help for it again but seeing this makes me feel so much better about not having to go through it alone so thanks for this it helped a lot💖💖💖

I've got identically the same guitar standing in the corner of my living room as in 2:13. Nice vlogs by the way, keep it up! Very motivating stuff man!

Your time lapses and filming sequences (dunno if that makes sense... 😂) are so cool 💙 keep smashing it with the gymnastics, you have such a good mentality x

I was also doing gymnastics and I wasn't bad... but last year my doc told me that I have bad scolioses and that I have to go in surgery... A half year after the surgery I was able to slowly start with sports again but I will not be able to do gymnastics ever again... 2 days after I did sports again I had problems with my knee and yeah I had to operate that too...
Now the right knee is fine and I could do sports again but in a few weeks I will have surgery on my left knee...
So I will never be able to do gymnastics or vaulting again... But this video is a great motivation... thanks!

Favourite bit is actually watching you fall off the pommel - am I a bad person? I know you are going to totally crack that apparatus soon and wonder how you could ever fall off. Before long poor old Max is just going to have to make do with Silver.

Could be worth £250 on "You've been framed". I'm a massive fan of what you can do and what you have overcome, Jay. Total respect!

    Slight irony with the ad...
