Thanks my man, you were a big help, I didn't know where the hell all these "Cloaca Spurs" were and where they were located to find the switches. They should have put this stuff on the strategy guide, but I guess they overlooked that with this esper.
Thanks for the comment sir.. It's been such a long time off from the game. I don't remember the lowest level to beat him. If you are done with the game in regular play. I would highly recommend to do a low level challenge or 122333 play through. It was fun when I did it.
If you notice the place where Cuch when it was still flooded there was bubbling there and the water is green not blue. Something that I notice when exploring the waterway
