The name of Scumbrella materialized over many pints after their first rehearsal. The sound of Scumbrella is the result of what its members want to hear: death metal that blends inspiration from Obituary, Carcass, and Crowbar amongst others into a lethal cocktail best served at blistering volumes.
"Vile Fantasies" is Scumbrella's opening salvo. It's an efficient killing machine with sharp hooks, crushing riffs, and some melodic refinement that sharpens the steel instead of dulling or softening it. Scumbrella plays sludgy and scummy death metal exclusively.
